I believe that since i was mislead by a promotional ad which lead me to the creation of an account with your company without my knowledge which led to certain funds that was deducted from my accounts without my consent. I then reported the incidents with you after receiving alerts from my bank and I must say that I am honestly impressed about how your team has handled the matter swiftly and proactively. I also attest to it that I have received part of the funds that were deducted funded into my bank and hopefully the rest will added soon. I commend you for your good customer care relation

You tube commercial for a £10 drone. I took up the offer without looking too deeply. I was then redirected to the website go happy hobby where I would pay 63 euros every 14 days. No drone. No real products on the website. Lesson learned. If something is too good to be true. It generally is. Avoid.

SCAM coming out of misleading online websites/purchases. Avoid! And make sure you contact your bank to block any payments from them!
This 'subscription' that popped out of nowhere came out of trying to purchase something from Instagram, nowhere was it notified upfront that this would be some sort of a subscription service and the 'surprise" came after a fact when I was sent multiple page contact to my email. When contacting to cancel this 'surprise' , the website option to cancel the account was saying that I need to wait 24 hours, I then proceeded to the chat option where assistant notified me that she started the cancellation but it would take 14 days. The answers came immediately (strong feeling those were pre-typed and all she had to do was press a button), leading me to think that these are the questions they deal with on daily bases. I don't understand where all these 5* reviews are coming from, as there doesn't even appear to be a useful service this company would be providing. Also, I've noticed that on trustpilot is says Denmark, but on website it is showing Cyprus... Just saying.
