It was easy to book my sale on the website. What could make it better is to allow a user select a date for collection at a later date. At present it is all next day collection.

Received a collection for the phone the next day, less than 24 hours. Replies on email were mainly quick however the payment and offers weren’t given until I had to ask and took a few days. However, majority quick service.

Wow what an extremely efficient service. I booked a collection for my iphone 12 pro. It was collected the next day and the day after that I received a quote for my phone which was more than reasonable. I accepted the offer and the money was in my account in hours. Very happy customer and will use again. Highly recommend this company for selling your devices.

Took longer than advertised to get my iPhone 12 Pro to Gohippo, as UPS had difficulty with delays, then the delivery fell on a weekend. Gohippo were generous with final offer as phone was too water damaged.
After excepting offer £85, now have been told to expect payment in another 24 hours. So my experience was very slow service, not the 24-48 as advertised unless your phone is perfect & UPS don’t delay delivery to Gohippo . Giving it a 4 for this reason, or I would have given it a 5.
