I would like to acknowledge the person who showed us the apartment. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely listened to our situation, something that isn't always easy to find in a process that can otherwise feel impersonal or stressful. She understood the urgency of our search and helped put us at ease. I wanted to make sure this did not go unnoticed, as this kind of care deserves recognition. I feel bad that I forgot her name, but it a beautiful name.
