Absolutely no help from the team. Delivery is very very slow and I’ve had many issues. Never received my package. Hopefully I am refunded soon.

I placed my order in plenty of time and it said I would receive it in 6-7days. It’s been almost 7 days and I have not had any updates. No communication whatsoever about it. I DM’d you guys on insta and was told they’d be in touch with me ASAP but heard nothing back. I ordered this for a holiday and it’s in a couple of days and still have heard nothing. I emailed as well - again nothing. Really bad service.

Great quality and amazing customer service!!
I ordered some clothes and some tanning products from GOI. It all arrived super quickly (to Mallorca) and the clothes was perfect. My tanning products has however sadly been damaged in transit. I contacted customer service, who was extremely quick to reply and come up with a solution, which was perfect for me. Super great experience all the way through!

I love this coverup! Super cute and fits nicely. You should definitely size up, though. I’m 5’ 6” 115lbs and am usually a XS or S, but I got a M in this and it still rides up. Shipping in Spain was extremely fast.

To expensive for the quality
The shipping was fast and the item that I bought was as pictured on the website but it was way overpriced for the quality of it ! I bought the “nako set” and it’s made of thin mesh material and the seems are not very well made (there is loos threads in some places). To resume : nice item but waaay to expensive for the quality of it !!
