goLance gave me my first remote freelancing job. It's been half a year now and I have nothing but praise for the platform.
Fast pay out, with very little commission. - probably the least of all freelancer marketplace.
Great coverage of client-freelancer relationship that neither party worries about distrust.
Super easy User interface a d very fast customer care response.
I am always going to recommend golNace on a 5 start level any day.

I'm Nigerian and although I've been a freelancer for 4 years, I only started using GoLance 2 years ago. So far, it's been a great and seamless experience as the platform is user friendly and easy to navigate. The Gometer makes it really easy to keep track of work hours and they offer exceptional customer service that delivers unbeatable support, prompt responses as well as constant follow up/feedback till there's a resolution of any sort of concern or issue (Personally, I've never had any concern exceed 48 hours before it's resolved). They've also been a great intermediary between me and my clients and given feedback accordingly.
Their rates/payment charges are quite amazing with fast payout. The MFA also helps ensure that my earnings are secure. So far, it's been an amazing experience all-round and I HIGHLY recommend GoLance to freelancers and clients alike.

They charge me $2 fee to withdraw my money, and an additional comission of 7+% of my earnings, I don't remember Golance working 7+% of my shift, that cost should be assumed by the one hiring, not by the freelancer.
I'm only using it because my employer uses it for freelancers, I wish I was in payroll directly instead of having to use GoLance.

I've been a user of goLance for almost 4 years now. Whenever i'm facing issues, or having inquiries, they're always eager to listen and help.

I’ve been using GoLance since 2020. It was a good platform and easy to use for both employee and employer. Since 2020, there are few changes from GoLance which I think helps improve the usage of it - it is now more sensitive in tracking the activity of the user unlike before, which I think is better knowing the users are freelancers.

I'm new to GoLance and based in the Philippines, working as a freelancer. I actually hadn't heard of the platform before, but my client preferred using it, so I gave it a try. I ran into some trouble receiving my first payment through Wise and my local bank—it was honestly a bit of a nightmare. However, I was really impressed with GoLance's customer support. They were very responsive and committed to helping me track down the issue. I also got direct help from one of their managers, Nick, who guided me through the process. After several steps and a lot of patience, I was finally able to withdraw my funds. It’s a legit company, and I’m happy to now be using their app for my freelance work.

Ive been using golance for almost 5yrs and its been great since. Ive had no issues. Tracking and monitoring is easy. Its been very helpful and useful tool for our company.

Easy to navigate

I have come across several other freelance marketplace platforms over the years but I can certainly say that goLance is by far the best. Being in the management team, I personally like its highly reliable time-tracking system, there's absolutely no payment delays or issues, the contracts are flexible and there's easy access to a global competent talent pool whenever we need to hire a new team member. I never had remote jobs before and the company I was working with, introduced me to GoLance...It was really easy and handy! The best was the easy way to send money to my country at quick time and reduced costs than with a bank. Also making transference to other accounts were so easy and safe. Also, I can recommend their customer
service which has been always very helpful and very fast to respond. They even use tutorials so no mistakes in explanations...yes, I do recommend it big time and nice rates charges and commissions for transference this is your best choice! I have been using this service already 4 years!

GoLance is a very useful tool in regards of linking jobs and freelancers and having a very direct and smooth experience in terms of payments and hour tracking. Everything in this platform has worked for me perfectly fine and I have had no issues with them at all. It has been such a good experience so far!
