What a great company with best price offered to me for 2 watched sold over a few months. Paul fully understands what he is doing and prices very well when you are selling (I did look around first). 5* service and a lovely location to carry out your handover or sale. I cannot recommend them enough :)

A very easy system to book an appointment.
I was greeted by Paul who talked me through the process with ease. I was extremely pleased with the valuation of my items. I received more than I had thought I would. He also kindly offered advice regarding some other jewellery items which was much appreciated. Great to have such a friendly and professional company in the local area. Booked an appointment online for the next day, easy to find the building and parking to the side, we were greeted by Paul and taken to a room where he inspected the items, weighed the gold and gave us a price, which I accepted as it was a bit more than I thought it would be. Paid straight away with no hassle.

We got a good price on some coins relative to other quotes we received and a fast turnaround. Someone came to our house to inspect the coins and the modern was transferred during the meeting. Overall, very happy.

What stood out most was the staff. So friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to talk me through everything and even sorted a few bits I hadn't thought to ask about. You can tell they actually care about their customers rather than just making a sale.
