I ordered gold coins and wired 37k plus to pay for them. Website showed them in stock. 15 days later and three broken delivery dates later no coins, no refund and no one will speak to me or return emails.

Overall least expensive I could find.
So far 2 small orders of silver (total $1,200) no problems, good product.
Absolute best prices I could find.
Notice that at this time they are not charging sales tax to new York, most online places do and it can really add up.
If I had made more purchases instead of using JM or Gold Silver, the 3-6% I generally save would leave me with an extra $5,000 or so in my pocket.
I don't begrudge Mike Maloney on his higher prices at goldsilver.com as his education material is fantastic and at the time he was the cheapest I had found of the major dealers.
I have found that shipping takes a long time, but of the $6,000 I have spent on 2 recent orders the price is the best by about $400. Okay I can wait a couple weeks. I would have appreciated knowing this was the case).
Email.... I had some questions about sending a wire transfer, the email I sent was not answered for 2 days, so i placed a call and was sent just the Bank account number and swift code..... I specifically asked for name and address of bank, phone number of bank....
In reply 2 of my six questions were answered.
Shop around, then come by this place for a price flyby. I expect you will be pleasantly surprised.
I suggest you call and ask about delivery times.
Satisfied overall and will be back, i am saving enough that a small PITA is worth it.

Ordered and paid for 7 rolls of uncirculated dimes from a specific date. Was sent dimes from a variety of dates most of which were not uncirculated.

The Issue was resolved,...
Clint was Awesome.(There are still Human Beings that communicate with each other with courtesy & respect)...instead of robots.

Communication with this Company was Terrible, until I got Clint's attention through Review board miraculously.

Corona Virus has reeked havoc on this country in every way possible, but that is NO EXCUSE for not replying simply to emails & making some way for people to contact thru phone....

Work from home...hire someone to answer the phone...hire someone to only answer emails....send it by horseback or pigeon if u have to...have someone only calling customers on their phone number given...ANYTHING!

If your business is so slow & almost non existent due to the entire city, state or country shutting down...then you should use all those people to answer your customers from home...

This was a Communication issue...
