Medjine help me in a preofesional manner

I visited the check cashing place in homestead,I received help above and beyond service from John. I 100% recommend him!!! Thank you...I will definitely be coming back here.

I just got out the hospital I go and cash my kidney medicine check for $608.70 go into the check cashing place one person in line with just me the lady takes almost 40 minutes behind the counter then she comes back and says it's not a payroll check I got to charge you $30 I needed my medicine so bad I went ahead and cashed the check but I was real upset and still upset on how they can charge me a large fee when it's an insurance check this is bad business I am disappointed as a customer I'm going to file a complaint cuz I feel like that is a rip off and if they can't cash checks at a reasonable price they need to close their business

I recently visited this check-cashing location and had a great experience. Jose assisted me with obtaining a payday loan, and his customer service was truly excellent. He was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth and easy to understand.

What stood out most was how helpful and respectful he was throughout the interaction. It made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable.

I definitely plan to return in the future and will be referring my coworkers as well. Highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Jose!

Hello. I have had the most customer service from the location on memorial dr. I had never been to a checking place because I thought you the customer would be ghetto honestly. Brittany and Shirley were super patient and helpful beyond what I expected. Thank you to the both of you! From the Castor oil lady Iris. Customer service is almost extinct unfortunately/ not from these 2 ladies!

This is another actor they denied me for having to many bank accounts Ok where's the proof I took a screenshot I will post online for folks to witness this company doing what they always have!!!

My experience with the clerk, Bianca, at the 72nd and Michigan Road location has been excellent!

Bianca is very efficient in the performance of her cashier duties, highly professional in servicing her customers request, very pleasant in her demeanor and is an excellent example of the customer service that ACE CASH EXPRESS provides to its customers.

Their website makes it difficult to make a payment. They harass you with phone calls on the week your loan is due.

I live in NH . Someone in NC tried to cash a check of several thousands of dollars that was in my name. It was a fraudulent check. They were suspicious of the check and called me.The check was denied by them and was reported to the NC. police, NH police and the bank fraud division. Thanks to them being on the BALL and alert many thousands of dollars was saved!
