BAD, Spam caller, nuisance call

Just about to join new provider. Telephone caller very helpful, quick to quote, no waffle. So far so goos

The call from this energy company was apposite as I was contemplating an energy change. The offer looked and sounded competitive hence my final acceptance.

I would not do business with any cold calling firm. Too risky. The name of this company says it all. Looking for geese. I am not a goose. When I asked the woman today where they got my name and number she hung up. I have call blocking on my land line but unfortunately not on my mobile.I looked them up on Google. The founder is called Benjamin James Kershaw and googling him produces some very interesting results.

My initial findings are first class and everything has been implemented like clockwork. Let’s hope it stays the way until completion.

It was handled quickly efficiently and with a touch of fun mixed with it. TJ was a refreshing joy to speak to.

I would and have recommended friends since i took my policy out.

Call out of the blue and when I politely decline he was very rude before slamming the phone down. Not professional at all.

I was rather sceptical when I first took the call from a Golden Egg advisor believing it to be another of those trying to sell me something I neither want or need. However, I'm very glad I didn't hang up.

Having got a completely unsolicited phone call I was called 'Lovey'! When I said I didn't appreciate it he became obnoxious and I had to put the phone down.

The person I spoke too was very charming and helpfull

Got a cold call and person on phone was aggressive, rude and has 0 respect - everything you want from a company

Outright stated that contact details were purchased from another company, reported to the ICO

Aggressive energy company switching service. Harassment of vulnerable people to switch suppliers. False information given regarding existing tariff details and contract dates. Inappropriately cheap Direct Debits setup to entice people to switch, leaving customers in arrears on their account. Double switching practice, calling back within a few months to perform a secondary switch, even when exit fees on the first contract (double the commission).

This company is full of crooks….

Called my Grandmother up and told her tariff was going up in 10 days, even though she was on a fix till end of august.

Switched her over to a less competitive tariff saying she would save £10 to only be £100 worse off a year.

Called her back after the switch had gone through to switch her to an even worse tariff so they can get the double the commission. Scumbag move.

Be very careful if you get a call from anyone here as it full of advisers just looking to line their pockets taking advantage of vulnerability.
