A wonderful experience with GEE, They are wonderful people very helpful and got me the best deal. GEE are professionals in every sense of the word, they search, search and search for the best deals and every time they find them. If you've not used Golden Egg Energy yet please do they are amazing.

The Guy hung up on me mid sentence, when he found out my current energy rates.

Phone me up multiple times a day. Claimed they were the only company that can compare against companies that aren't the big 6 (an obvious lie). Strongly advise anyone to watch out for this company. When I have asked them to remove me from their calling list, the caller says "yes we will do that", then a few hours later "Hi, I am calling from golden egg energy". So they are either incompetent or malicious. Or both.

Ignorant woman hung up before I had chance to question her but it figures looking where she probably comes from.

Everything was OK when I received a phone call.

This company rang me, the line was terrible he then hung up. Called me back and said an address which isn't even mine and said the property had flagged up for energy saving on OFGEM database. Cold calling and made up lies

Overall terrible experience with this company , especially with Ola Grydzuk who was really rude to me over the phone , very patronising and unprofessional.
Please DO NOT apply to work with this company, is not reliable , they offered me a job and an offer letter and then a few days later they just withdraw the offer and said the job offer was no longer up with no valid reason whatsoever.

So far so good. I have heard from my new supplier and from my existing supplier telling me that they have the change in progress. If all goes according to plan I should be changed over by the end of the monah.

I found the young lady who phoned me initially to be very polite and friendly and explained what was on offer well.

Constant calls even when you say you want them to take you off their contact list. Won’t tell you how you got on their list in the first place. Should be investigated as a nuisance caller.

Constant spam calls which are illegal. If you look at their pathetic web site, you will go nowhere near them. Not even bothered to fill in the text with real words. Very funny.

Found the expert from golden egg to be very chatty ,sometimes too much, but over all did a reasonable job, found us a cheaper energy supplier although failed to listen when I told him actual yearly energy usage hence a cheaper price which will mean I pay more for my energy bills later down the line ,but was looking to change suppler & people energy was one of my choices

Another unsolicited phone call from this lot and the girl who phoned just said "hello it's Emma from Golden Egg" and then burst out laughing and put the phone down. Tried calling back to complain but ended the call after being on hold for 25 minutes. Totally unprofessional and poor customer service. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
