Well packaged, not quite as expected but great all the same!
Parcel arrived on time and well packaged, the set is lovely and as good as I had hoped. Even being delivered to London during COVID it arrived on time and in tact.
Only comment would be that the pictures didn't show (or at least not obviously and I did not notice) that there are little red bits on the ship inside the decanter, this is not a problem to me and looks good but just not as expected and someone else may not like this as much as I do.

Item was never received.
Unfortunately, the item I ordered was never received; it should have been a Christmas present. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this through the company and courier, I had to give up as no one was taking responsibility and the tracking number I was issued was not recognised. One good point is I did get a refund... eventually!
