Besides the fact that they sent me the wrong color the item received was made of cheap material and the fit was nothing how it looked online. Totally made like garbage bags fit. There is not way to contact customer service. I tried reaching out via email and no answer! Fraudsters if you ask me!!

Scam. Product totally different to pictures, no reply from customer services. Wish id read these reviews before ordering. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Update, I managed to do a chargeback via my bank and get the money bank due to "goods not as described". Once again, avoid this joke of a dropshipping company.

Complete scam! I ordered a pair of shoes that said they would arrive in less than a week. I contacted support when I still hadn't received any tracking info after several days. I got no reply. Then I got an auto generated email saying they were overwhelmed with orders. I asked for a refund and got no response. I kept asking but they completely exhausted me I forgot about it. Then the shoes arrived more than a month later. It was a joke how small they were! Supposed to be a men's size 11 but look like kids shoes! Again I emailed for a refund and got more responses trying to placate me. I even quoted Australian Consumer Law but getting any kind of refund is near impossible. They say they offer full refunds if it's the wrong size or something is wrong within 30 days but the issue is that it took far longer than 30 days to receive the order. I just want my money back. It's not like they were cheap shoes either. $100 for a pair of plastic looking kids shoes. Stay away! If I could give zero stars I would!

Do not use this company. Ordered a top and what arrived was nothing like the photo, terrible quality, totally different design and colour.

This site is falsely advertising products. It is a complete scamming site. I bought dresses from them, and I did not receive the product in the picture at All. They send you a very cheap, poor quality product that looks nothing at all like the picture.
And then they make it extremely difficult to receive a refund. You don't end up getting a refund.
I have reported IT to Google to take down the sites altogether.

Terrible experience. Dress was very poor quality and when I attempted to return the item for a refund they would not respond to emails. Still attempting to get some kind of response after 6 weeks of continuous follow up. Stay away from this site

Purchased shirts before reading reviews. I'm 10 days since requesting information on how to return and refund poor quality, poor fit shirts. They initially responded to my first request for refund asking for pictures. I sent pictures but they are no longer communicating. They took about a month to arrive.

Buyer beware: this is a scam; you will lose money. Sent a pair of shoes back- the exact same pair is on AliExpress, btw. It's been four months at least, and nothing! Don't buy from here.

This is a scam company. Do not buy. I bought a merino wool raglan top for $69.90 but when it came it was cheap cotton, could have gotten something similar for $10 in kmart!!! Biggest SCAM. cant get refund without posting item back at own cost. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAM COMPANY! IT IS NOT BASED IN UK AS ADDRESS SUGGESTS. ITEM CAME STRAIGHT FROM CHINA!

I spent AUD 79 ordering a pair of ankle boots. I received a pair of sandals. When I advised the error, requested the refund and asked for label/instructions so I can return the unwanted product and I was told that I should pay for the return to China and then I will get a refund, if they are happy.
I explained my logic in many ways and their emails are still the same, I should pay for the return.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Double dose of misery A/ I should have researched and read reviews before purchasing anything from this store B/ I’m still waiting on my $293 purchase (which is likely crap) from 8 weeks ago. I have received messages requesting address confirmation, claiming the courier had attempted delivery but was unable to deliver (go figure). Now the emails state “if you do not confirm your address within 12 hours and pay the £6 for delivery, your order will be ‘destroyed’ “. WTF 😬 destroyed? Ha ha looks like I may not even receive the order (of likely crap). Maybe it’s for the best that I don’t see the items purchased to avoid being disappointed …. Looks like I will be $293 out of pocket though 😢.

My experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I was charged AUD $80 for an item that was never shipped, yet the company has refused to refund that payment. I also returned another item exactly as instructed and provided the tracking number and all supporting documentation they requested.

The returned parcel has reached China but is currently being held in customs—something completely outside of my control. Despite this, Golden Sands continues to delay my refund and repeatedly asks for proof that the parcel has been delivered to their warehouse, even though I have already supplied all available tracking information.

What concerns me most is that they continue to ignore the fact that I paid for an item that was never sent. There is no reason to withhold a refund for merchandise that was never dispatched.

Customer service has been slow, repetitive, and unwilling to address the two issues separately. Instead of taking responsibility, they continue to delay the process while holding onto my money.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company. If you do make a purchase, be aware that resolving problems or obtaining a refund may be far more difficult than expected.

Do Not under any circumstance order from this company I unfortunately bought items from here and the quality is terrible. They lie about that product they say it is Linen. It is not it is cheaply made. It comes from China. I have formally put in a complaint to Australian fair trading.

Don't go anywhere near this company. It's a scam. I ordered linen overalls. What arrived is labelled 95% polyester, 5% elastane. Plus, the floral print is blurry. Took weeks to hear back from them and only after I sent emails to the SHOP app that I did the purchase through. They asked for photos, which I sent. After another week they asked me to return the item to China where they would inspect it. They gave no guarantee they would refund the purchase cost, just a statement about as per returns policy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I have been trying to return sub standard garments with poor quality, sizing and condition and cannot get an answer on how to manage the return. I have sent 4 emails this week and no one is responding. Customer Service is non existent and the cost of the garments is ridiculous given the quality. They use misleading descriptions on their website also. Linen does not mean linen - it is POLYESTER !

I wish I had read this sooner before I purchased. I bought a “silk blend” maxi dress that looked great in the picture but was very disappointing in person. It was made of acetate and looked like the fabric used in cheap Halloween costumes. I thought the company was from England due to their misleading advertising. They are from China and the only way to make returns is to send it back there. I went back and forth with emails but they refused to tell me how much money they would refund me if I sent it back, after I paid the high cost of shipping. Lesson learned! If you are looking for a reputable website, try Commense. Their quality is great and prices low.

This company is a complete scam!! I ordered a linen blend embroidered blouse, and eventually received over 3 weeks later a cheap fabric copy, which looked nothing like the one ordered online. The 'embroidery' on the one received was printed on the fabric in grey! It cost £29.00. After a fight with the company I was told I could return it at my expense to an address in China which would have cost me £19.50. They state they have a registered office in Covent Garden...upon checking the address it's just a block of rooms which are rented our!!

Ordered a dress delivery took along time coming. The size is ridiculously too generous, I ordered an 12 it is more like a 16 and the material is very poor quality there are no labels or care instructions on the garment. There was no paperwork included Took 3 requests overs week to get an answer for a return label.They have requested an order number I received no paperwork photos of the garment My email address ( hello you are emailing me this company has no moral compass I believe that they are stalling for the 30 day return period to expire. Do not order from this company. I am not prepared to deal with this company any more I am donating an $ 80 dress to an op shop maybe someone will be prepared to wear it.
