I’ve been using Golden Vape for some…

I’ve been using Golden Vape for some time now and they have always been brilliant. Great selection of liquids and really good communication. At times, they don’t have a liquid in stock so will refund straight away. Irfan is fantastic both with customer service and communication. Thank you 👍🏻

Gone to pot

Gone to pot. Used to be a great company but order after order has now been hassle, whether it's out of stock liquid, wrong coils, missing bottles, unsatisfactory returns or replacements, late refunds and this time the wrong flavour sent. Only realised after I'd opened the bottle so probably can't return. I can't be bothered with this company any more anyway. Rewards point system was devalued several months back and is still broken too. Time to shop elsewhere.

Rubbish!

Have been using Golden vape for about 9 months now. In the beginning they were brilliant, I'd put an order in and it would be dispatched the next day amd with me a couple of days later but recently they have become a nightmare! I put one order in 2 weeks ago now and it's still not arrived yet my friend who lives in the same town ordered a week after me and received it 7 days later yet I'm still waiting! I contacted them last week and they said it had been dispatched which it clearly hadn't because I got the dispatched email 2 days ago and it's still not here! Put a large order in a couple of months back that didn't turn up at all... they told me I needed to chase it up myself! I did however get a refund almost 2 weeks later! I now don't think they sent it at all! Terrible company I'd stay clear!

Good deals, shocking shipping

I was initially using this company due to their good deals, however their shipping is so bad that it's just not worth using them.

I've waited for a week multiple times, even with "premium shipping".

I end up having to waste money buying elf bars whilst I wait for my products to arrive.

Dreadful, won't be using again.
