Good experience for a small business owner
I've only set up recently and so far, so good. Diverts work well and messages are e-mailed promptly. I only needed to ring the office twice to get set up and they were helpful. Use online dashboard could be a bit easier to navigate for people who are not familiar with VOIP jargon or tech, but overall the experience is very good.

Setting up DD with…
Huge difficulty setting up DD with other Telecoms to provide a customer service. Goldfish were super efficient and we have not had one single problem since. they exceeded our expectations

Easy to setup
Easy to setup, easy to follow instructions. Up and running in under 30 minutes flat. I wish there was an option to receive incoming SMS/Texts.

Leroy for prez
After dealing with two skype numbers that didnt work along with a shocking support team for two weeks that would have given Bill Gates a stroke i luckily came across goldfish, thank god.
The team was very responsive and Leroy who mainly dealt with my queerey was top notch and deserves an honorable mention.
