Requires a separate third-party app to actually operate, which doesn't work. Missing important sales calls that I'm never receiving. Suggest this is only a useful solution if you want to set up a full SIP phone experience, not where you're trying to use this as a separate number on the same phone.

I have dealt with VOIP providers in the UK but struggled to find a decent VOIP provider in Ireland, until now. Goldfish.ie provided a fast efficient setup and they arranged caller line identification of my existing 0818 number to be applied free of any charge.

These guys are fantastic. No matter who I deal with they are patient, friendly and they are exceptional at getting any issues resolved. I have dealt with Leroy a few times and he is superbly professional. Nothing is a problem. Highly recommend. The software is great too and superb value.

I have signed up to goodfish about a month ago and because i am new to Voip and also needed to configure third party equipment I had to call the customer servicd on a few occasions. I have always found the customer service by email or phone to be second to none.

Everyone is very helpful and very knowledgeable and professional. The only thing is I would like to use my American credit card do pay for this service.

I use Vonage in the USA and compared to Vonage goldfish is so much better.

Goldfish.ie go way and beyond in exceeding customer expectations...I signed up to the wrong plan and called in to get the issue fixed and it was resolved within minutes. They also walked us through the various options included and excluded in our plan, pleasure to deal with this company!
