Lovely Quality, Just Be Careful with Sizing

I love the gold chain I purchased from Goldia as a gift for my partner. The quality of the gold is beautiful and very noticeable — it felt premium the moment I received it. My partner was very happy with it, which ultimately is what matters most.

I initially ordered two items: the gold chain and a St. Christopher pendant. When they arrived, I was surprised by how small the pendant was. To be fair, Goldia had sent a confirmation email outlining the size (including the bail), so the measurements were provided — it just appeared smaller than I had expected in person.

I reached out to clarify and even measured the pendant myself to discuss it further. While my request for reconsideration wasn’t accepted, the team advised me to return the item instead. I arranged to send it back from Australia to New York. Upon the successful delivery of the package, they processed the refund immediately. They also agreed to cover $10 of the shipping cost (which amounted to $50).

Overall, despite the return experience, I’m very happy with the gold chain and the product quality. I ended up purchasing a slightly larger St. Christopher medal locally in Australia at a slightly lower price, which worked out well for me.

Goldia offers lovely pieces with evident gold quality — just be sure to carefully review the measurements before purchasing.

Although shipping took a little longer…

Although shipping took a little longer than expected I understand that sometimes things happen and the weather hasnt been great here that being said customer service was amazing the were responsive and kept me updated on the ring status and shipping and offered a discount for the ring being late. I received the ring today and it exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully made (especially considering the price was less than you would expect) the ring is beautiful the diamonds are even larger than I had expected I am very pleased over all the only thing I can say is to be sure you get your item on time try to order a little further in advance (give it at least 14 days to arrive) otherwise I am very pleased and will be ordering again soon!

Too tiny to be of any use

I bought a butterfly toe ring about 8 years ago and it finally broke from the butterfly wing getting caught on my sock and bed covers. I liked it so much I decided to get another one. I was so excited when this one arrived. This toe ring seems to be well made, but so disappointing. It's made for maybe a toddlers toe. When I opened the box, I couldn't believe how ridiculously tiny it was. I have smaller feet, size 6, and there's no way I could get it on my toe. Even the butterflies are smaller. The smallest butterfly is so small that it's about the same width of the band so it blends into the band and isn't noticeable. Gold prices have increased so much that I splurged and paid at least 3 times as much as I paid for the first one, because I really liked the first one, and I can't even wear it or give it away, because it can't fit on any adult's toe. Really disappointed.

Mike is Awesome!

Mike gave me such great customer service that I would come back just for that alone. I had so many questions, he was so patient and never seemed bothered at all to answer them quickly and thoroughly. He did this all after working hours, this is very rare. I had a few request including a partial refund that he took care of immediately. This lets me know that I can safely order anything from this company in the future without any trouble. Thank you again for taking so much time with me and giving me a smooth and pleasant experience.

This item was totally misrepresented…

This item was totally misrepresented and does not look anything like the picture you all show online. I even paid extra money like an idiot cause they said they needed to add more gold to it to size it. The cross is TINY and if you truly look at the picture you will see that it doesn't look anything like that. I truly feel like I got scammed and I will start telling everyone on social media what I think because I don't want you guys to do this to anyone else.

The item purchased was a very small, lightweight ladies’ gold cross ring, priced under $150, and clearly described as such on the product page, including images, measurements, and weight. The original design is intentionally petite.

At the customer’s request, the ring was custom resized to a men’s size 11, which is a significant size increase for this style. Prior to proceeding, we clearly explained that resizing such a small design to a large men’s size would still result in a delicate appearance, and that additional gold would be required to reinforce the band. The customer approved and paid for this customization before production.

The ring received matches the approved design and specifications. Custom-made and resized items are produced exactly as discussed and cannot fundamentally change the scale of a petite design.

We strongly disagree that this situation reflects misrepresentation or improper conduct. We always communicate expectations clearly and obtain customer confirmation before completing custom work.

Scammy Company

This company has scummy practices, they refunded partial of my order but not the rest both items returned were in the same box they claimed they only received 1 item but not the other and both of them were included in the same package. They didn't claim that the box arrived damaged or broken just that the piece miraculously wasn't in the package. They first provided one address where I needed to send the items and then after items were sent they said they had to be sent separately all while the company was closed for over a week. I didn’t receive a response about sending it to a different location until after I sent it. Even still both items were sent in the same package regardless if they were suppose to be sent separately or not if they received the necklace they had to receive the pendant because it was in the same box. I was going to return to make another purchase but I won't be doing that. STAY AWAY and avoid the headaches I've had with dealing with this company. I'm now liable to pay for something that I don't have! They are uncooperative not willing to help. Horrible business practices and terrible customer service I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY!

As outlined in our return instructions, the items in question were required to be returned separately to different designated locations, as they originated from different inventory sources. These instructions were clearly provided prior to the return being initiated.

Despite this, both items were sent together in a single package to one address. Upon receipt and inspection, only one item was present in the package. The second item (the pendant) was not included in the contents received. The package itself was intact upon arrival, and no additional item was found inside the box or packing materials.

In accordance with our return policy and standard inventory controls, we issued a refund only for the item that was physically received and verified. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for an item that was not returned to us.

We understand how frustrating this situation can be and have communicated our findings clearly and honestly based on what was received. We remain willing to assist with documentation, carrier inquiries, or claims if the customer believes the missing item may have been lost in transit.
