What a pile of utter incompetence

What a pile of utter incompetence, told I would have a cab here in 14mins, then got a call driver would be 10mins, non arrival, called in to be told that driver couldn't make it, would be next driver in 10 mins, guy in the office TOTALLY incompetent I missed my appointment and cancelled the job STAY CLEAR they are LIARS and IMBECILES

What wonderful company Goldline has been today

I had been waiting for over an hour for a bus from Newham hospital and felt unable to stand up any longer and was cold. The Ubers were expensive and also had long waiting times.I spoke to Ali at the East Ham office and explained that I felt unwell and needed a cab asap, and even before the call ended, my cab arrived. It was driven by Md Shamsul,who was also very polite and caring.
This company had given me excellent service today.

The company are very good

The company are very good, reliable and professional, Great service. The lovely driver who last picked me up listened patiently and offered sound advice as I moaned about the problems in the world that I could not solve and still got me home safely.

Awful service

Awful service! Pre-booked and pre-paid for a taxi which arrived 20 MINS LATE!!! Everytime I called the office, I was lied to and told it's 'one minute' away, another ten minutes passed....! All they said was 'sorry about that'! No point pre-booking a taxi.

Never again

Goldline cars will charge you, even when the pick up time is unknown,even if it means 3 hours of waiting. They will refund later, of course, but I'd much prefer being informed via app, where I am ordering, rather than calling the office 20 minutes later, that there will be no pick up at all. Saw on the map lots of free cars in my home area, where I was heading. Unfortunately, no driver wanted to come and pick me up. Obviously they had better deals and more valued customers to serve. I waited a very long time with a kitten with fever for a taxi to take us home from the vets. In the end, I called Uber, dearer but they actually got us back home. Goldline cars app deleted. Never again.

Bad customer service and journey…

Bad customer service and journey experience!

As a young woman the reason why I get the cab at night is to feel safe. Had a bad experience with the cab driver as he was intimidating and pressuring us give him the cash part way through the journey. Called the cab office who basically said we are lucky to get the lift. What happened to customer service!

used to go to Gatwick last week

used to go to Gatwick last week, driver was friendly and car was in nice condition. The collection from Gatwick today was completely different. Driver was not there for flight time even though that was delayed by 20 minutes. Three times we had to call, he was on his way, then parked up in express pick up (where ever that was). We told him to come to us in arrivals hall as what was agreed. 45 minutes later he arrived. The journey home was not pleasant. Apart from the traffic, the car was in poor condition, the door seal was not in the door. The driver was lane changing all the time, breaking hard and then slowing down in dangerous areas

I booked a cab for 8.50am to take me to…

I booked a cab for 8.50am to take me to Whipps Cross Hospital at 9.05am he still had not turned up so I rang to see where he was I was told there was no booking made although I had booked it yesterday eventually somebody did come after I complained several times. What an awful company and dreadful service this is not the first time this has happened I doubt if I will be using you again and I shall tell others what a dreadful company you are

Only interested in pick-ups in the Stratford area.

I would give them minus if I could. I have used them in the past, the service has been good. I don't know if they are under new management, but unless you live in the Stratford area, then forget it. They are not interested. Waste of time calling them. Do yourself a favour and call another car service.

Best Taxi Driver Ever

If you're visiting London
With somewhere in mind to go,
I recommend Goldline Taxi's
And ask for a chap called Mo.

He's more than just a driver
I'm happy to give him praise,

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrible experience using this cab service company. They quote a price and on the day of the pick up try to add extra charges despite having confirmed that all charges are included while booking. Executives on the phone do not care about the mistakes their colleagues have made or have any decency to admit their mistake and apologise and drivers are rude and ill-mannered. I would not recommend booking from this company due to the harassment and stress they cause customers.

The worst company ever had a accident…

The worst company ever had a accident with them yesterday because one of there drivers can’t drive properly, at traffic lights London road beccels when driver signalled to turn left and carried on driving then stopped in the road so I had to slam on my breaks and came of my motorbike

We have used them for a few airport…

We have used them for a few airport pick ups over the past month or so but we wont be using them again. A driver this morning was very impatient with our rider, parking fee's at the airport are not inclusive and you have to go to their office in person to get a parking receipt, instead of them emailing you one.
