I ordered a switch pokemon sword game from them on black Friday. It was a great price for my boyfriend at £38 which is much cheaper than anywhere else. It took my money but I never even had a confirmation email. I wrote to them but they have never replied and tried to call them but the site has gone down! This is clearly a scam as there are too many of us having the same issue !

This is a scam. I am trying to get a refund from my credit card company at present. Don’t buy anything from them.

I have received my refund through my credit card Halifax but I want to write a review to warn people from purchasing anything from this fraud company. I bought Pokemon Sword Nintendo switch for 39.99 on the 24th of November. I haven't received it after 1 week so I sent them two emails through their ticketing system and no answer. I tried calling them but after 1 hour waiting and I am number 4 all the time, I gave up as it seems they never pick up. I asked for refund after 2 weeks and of course complete silence and then I asked my bank to give me a refund as I didn't receive my order. I had to wait one week to give them more time to send me the game but of course as they are a scam I called my bank and I told them that I will never receive anything as their site is down and it is officially a scam, I received my refund straight after. DON'T buy anything from them they are fraud. I am happy that I got my refund and I bought the game from Currys for 36.99 even cheaper, so you didn't ruin my Xmass and my son is happy Thanks to Currys and Halifax. I believe in KARMA and you will get what you deserve after taking money from innocent hard working people and ruining so many families in this joyful time as so many people can't afford buying without their refunds.

Twice one day, my mind must be very absent. I'm only writing this to warn other people about scam.

Scan doesn’t deserve star told them I was taking them to small claims and was immediately alerted to a refund which still had not turned up DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered Pokémon Sword and have still not received it. It’s been over 3 wools. I send emails but they never get back. A complete scam. And you pay with Amazon Pay too what a con. No more shopping online for me.

Got scammed and had to buy my 2 pokemon games elsewhere and still trying to claim my money back, tried phoning and was on hold for 3 hours altogether, site is gone so it was obviously a scam site, digusting that people do this so close to christmas

Scam company, don’t deserve a star at all, l ordered a Mario and Sonic game for a Nintendo Switch on November 26th, l have sent 20 emails and hung on the phone to their support for four hours with no reply, l will now go to my bank to try and recover the money! Do not buy anything from their company as l am sure it does not exist!

Had to leave it 14 days before I could put a claim in with my bank. I used my Visa Debit card as I don’t have a credit card but my bank have issued a refund so please make your bank your first port of call

I wanted to return the game due to my son changing his Christmas list But noticed the company has disappeared..... now I understand why !!

My review is Actually very good!! Incredibly speedy and easy payment through amazon pay!
I’ll clearly have to keep the game now as there is no way of returning it that’s annoying but I must say I have no negative comments

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a switch game, the one thing my son wanted for Christmas. Now I am without a game and had to ordered elsewhere more expensive as all the black Friday deals had finished 👎

Got a refund from PayPal and my credit card company are investigating. I really hope they get caught this is disgusting

Scam company world pay do not hold funds or give refunds so dont waste your time contacting them

Have had to contact my bank to report this thieving company and hopefully get my money back

If you have been ripped off contact your bank

Report to action fraud the replies this low life has made shows how little they care and how much of a joke they think this all is. Christmas is a tough enough time as it is . If anyone knows of anything else to do please post.

Finally I got my Refund back from Amazon Pay. Hope everyone can get the money back before the Xmas~~~

They took my money for a game I bought in November, never arrived. No replies after multiple emails. Now I see the website is down. Scam company. Do not use!

Need to warn people about this company. It is a scam. I have had to raise a retail dispute through my bank and cancel my debit card I suggest you do the same.

I ordered a Nintendo switch in November just come today to check the status of my order and realise the website is down which gave me some serious red flags. I cannot believe that these people can do this to hard-working people especially at Christmas time. This present was for my grandson and no I have to go and find The money to make sure he gets his Christmas present. I truly believe in Karma, unfortunately in this case I don’t think I’ll be there to see it happen. Merry Christmas to everyone else who is in the same boat as me. I have never had to make a claim before do I do this via my bank as I paid by Visa debit.?
