Ordered a custom pendant month and a half ago expected delivery date was july 4th - July 18th today’s the 20th still nothing! However once I reached to customer service they told me it was a fire & all that good stuff! Hope all is well but poor service dawg

I started ordering from Gold Pres about five years ago. Initially, I had no issues with the company, items, ordering, receiving or customer service. Slowly all became an issue. I started receiving the wrong items, explaining to customer service was a nightmare then most recently taking three (3) months to receive a custom item that shouldn’t have taken more than a few weeks. If I didn’t reach out to them, it still wouldn’t be on its way. I still haven’t received a response from them, just started getting shipment notifications. My ankle bracelet has changed colors so I know now that it is not gold! Not sure what has happened, or if it was always this bad and I’m just having my turn at it, but this was my last order. I’ll take my business elsewhere

My husband loves it. He wears it everywhere he goes. And I also love my piece as well, I just wish they have for kids too.

I had ordered a necklace a while ago and lost it so was ordering another one. Took a min for customer service to get back to me and I’m not thrilled at the $15 charge to exchange a size but I love the jewelry and since I paid it communication has been pretty seamless.

Let me tell you this is about the 3rd bracelet and necklace I have purchased. Not only for myself but my wife and sister in law. The cross and diamond necklace is the eye catcher at church and dinner outings with the fam. Got the whole family wanting to get me as their secret Santa !!

So far, so good. I had problems with my jewelry, and God President and the responses were in a timely matter, they also replaced my items (under warranty). Ana, the customer service rep, is so nice and fast with getting back to me. She is a sweetheart, and always on time.

This company is an absolute SCAM and if you'd like to completely waste your money with no actual item being delivered, this is the perfect one to go to! I originally emailed them about a week after my order wasn't shipped... and they said they'd get right on it. It's been six weeks now and the item still hasn't been shipped... Furthermore, I have emailed the company about 5 times in this space and they completely IGNORE emails now. They are no longer responding to me and it just seems like they grabbed my money & flipped me the middle finger. With no way to contact them and them showing they can't even ship your actual item, it would seem I'm completely screwed. It's NOT even a custom piece jewellery either, just a normal bracelet that's displayed on the site. Big warning to stay the heck away from these guys, nothing but crooks and scam artists.
