This company is an absolute SCAM and if you'd like to completely waste your money with no actual item being delivered, this is the perfect one to go to! I originally emailed them about a week after my order wasn't shipped... and they said they'd get right on it. It's been six weeks now and the item still hasn't been shipped... Furthermore, I have emailed the company about 5 times in this space and they completely IGNORE emails now. They are no longer responding to me and it just seems like they grabbed my money & flipped me the middle finger. With no way to contact them and them showing they can't even ship your actual item, it would seem I'm completely screwed. It's NOT even a custom piece jewellery either, just a normal bracelet that's displayed on the site. Big warning to stay the heck away from these guys, nothing but crooks and scam artists.

customer service was amazing. they shipped my product in a timely matter and the product came back just as new as the first day I received it. I purchased quite a few items from them and they have yet to disappoint. Highly recommend

The jewelry is beautiful and the communication between Gold Pres and myself was great. I love the packaging the quality and I would definitely recommend gold presidents to others and also I’ll be ordering from them again.

Terrible company. Unresponsive. Unwilling to stand behind their product. Will not honor exchanges or returns. This “company” is nothing more than an internet scam.

Their lifetime guarantee is 100% great. I'm getting a new necklace shipped. I will be a customer for life!

I always do the shower 🚿 test with all my jewelry 3 times to see if it turns my neck black and itchy. If after 15 minutes and my neck, wrist or finger doesn't start itching or turns black It's a go for me!!!!! The prices could come down a little. But I will be ordering again in 1/24. Satisfied comeback customers. See you next year.

Cant get a hold of anyone. I ordered my kids christmas gifts 4 weeks ago and its still shows in texas awaiting delivery. no one responds to emails, or answers the telephone.

I purchased a what was supposed to be GOLD chain a crucifix and right before my eyes the chain turned into the color of a "bicycle chain" IMAGINE MY EMBARRASSMENT GIVING THIS AS A GIFT!!!!!

I needed to return my bracelet for a larger size. And, my communications w/Franz along the way were “top notch!” He kept me abreast when they received the pkg. And, they immediately shipped out my bracelet in a timely manner. My overall experience was exemplary!

I had a great experience with them. The customer service and communication was superb. I received my items in a timely manner but i should’ve went smaller for the bracelet. I really liked it and didn’t want to return it and not receive the replacement before my birthday. Would recommend to my friends and family.

I had an amazing experience from when I placed the order until I received it. I initially placed an order and needed to cancel it due to me wanting another item! The customer service response was quick and my issue was resolved. I placed another order same day and it was shipped quickly and arrived very fast. It is also very good quality and I am satisfied with my purchase.

They are good at responding when you’re buying the jewelry but when there is a need for an exchange or replacement, they do not respond. I have been waiting since June 2023 to receive a response and status on the jury that I sent back for replacement, and I have not gotten an answer an email or a phone call back from anybody.

Ordered the Western Custom White Gold was highly impressed sparkles and when the sun shines sunglasses are needed 3rd custom

The choker didn't have pave links all the way around as the site showed when arrived and receipt said NO RETURNS (WEBSITE ADVERTISED NO HASSLE RETURNS?????).I gave John from customer serv a photo and he said "OH WE SENT YOU AN ANKLET BY MISTAKE" with label to return. THE REPLACEMENT WAS SAME ANKLET and then they wouldn't answer me again.....crickets.
