Counterfeit trainers. UK address on website and paid for in GBP. Return policy says returns are at customers cost but says nothing about needing to return to USA. Offered 30% then 40% discount and keep trainers or post to USA.

I am so angry I didn’t check this company or reviews before buying.
All reviews are the same , false advertising doesn’t say the goods will be shipped from abroad , I received my order and a Royal Mail sticker had been put on top of the previous shipping label . The trainers definitely come from china as the tracking shown before Royal Mail was a Chinese shipping company. Like the one used for SHEIN orders etc.
numerous emails back and forth saying expensive return cost when website clearly states returns that are not as described can be refunded !
The condition of the trainers were poor , suede material discoloured . Definitely counterfeit NOT REaL !!!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t. The trainers I ordered arrived after over 2 weeks. I was suspicious when I saw the tracking info.
The trainers are too small for the size ordered so most likely fake.
Was told as it would be pricey to return them to the US (even though there’s no mention of this on the returns policy) they could give me a 20% refund. I said they don’t fit so that’s pointless and I want a full refund. They are now ignoring my emails.
Absolute con!! Will now go through my credit card company to try and get a refund.

I ordered some trainers, however when they arrived they were very clearly fakes.
I knew because I have bought the same trainers - twice - from another company.
Plus, they were too small - despite labelled the correct size I had ordered.
I understood from their T&C I would have to pay return postage if not suitable, however Golfado said I had to pay return shipment to the USA!
They offered me 20% refund, then 30% to keep the trainers.
I very quickly decided to dispute my purchase with my credit company and within 24 hours Golfado had agreed a full refund, which I have now received.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pair of novoblast 5 ASICS. They have sent me the incorrect size and the trainers are counterfeit (I have a pair to compare to and the ones they sent me have lopsided logos and poorly cut edges).
I have emailed them six times now to return they just reply with the same email not giving me returns info. They are refusing to give me returns info. They say it’s return to US and shipping cost on me but then won’t even tell me where to return to. It’s a fraudulent company. I hope it gets taken down. Wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I will never buy online without checking with trustpilot.

If I could leave 0 stars then believe me I would. Despite the website claiming not to ship internationally, they will then claim orders are shipped from a US warehouse.

This appears to be an address of a courier company.
They have sold me counterfeit trainers and would like me to pay for the return, or accept a 30% refund and keep the counterfeit trainers. Needless to say I am not happy.

The product was an obvious fake. I contacted the Company and was told I needed to return to the USA at my own cost. This was not mentioned when I purchased the item - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Do not order, the products are fake and when you want to return them they’ll tell you you have to send them at your own expense to the US even though they are a UK registered company and mention nothing on their website about returning to the US.

Bought proV1 golf balls. Shipping took over two weeks and then when balls arrived they bear all the hallmarks of fake balls. Uneven dimples, hologram on box was just a silver sticker, balls smelled rubbery. 100% fake.

Ordered a pair of shoes from their website, arrived quite late and they were completely the wrong size so didn’t fit me. Refused to give me a full refund, trying to make me pay to ship them back to the USA when it was THEIR error of sending the wrong size. Kept offering me %refund etc - weeks and weeks of this, reported to several places and nothing happened! Eventually decided to just resell the shoes and take the hit as very very stressful trying to talk to people who continue to copy and paste emails and not reply professionally

After reading the reviews I cancelled my order, received an email telling me this was no problem and I would receive a full refund. Only they did not cancel the order, as the shoes arrived a week later! Now they expect me to return them to a US address (company is based in the UK, apparently anyway) on my own costs. Got AMEX and the Ombudsman involved and files a complaint with Trading Standards. Stay away from this one!

Do not buy from Golfado under any circumstances. They are crooks and liars. They sent me the incorrect product, I ordered a womens running shoe and they sent me a mens shoe. On their website they state that they will pay for the return if the product is incorrect or faulty. They are absolutely refusing to honour this commitment.

Do not use this company, although it's registered office is in London, the trainers take two weeks to arrive from overseas. Any returns are to be sent to the US, at the customer's expense. This is not stated on it's website and so doesn't adhere to the Consumer Rights Act. I'm doubtful my refund will arrive. Reported to Trading Standards.

As so many others have said, I was sent the wrong order, shoes a size smaller than I ordered. When I complained, I was firstly offered a 20% partial refund to keep the shoes, then 30% and then 35%. After I said that no amount of % refund is going to make the shoes fit, they sent me a US returns address but returns at my cost??? No where on the website does it mention buying or shipping from US and the registered company address is London. They are trading against UK consumer rights and I will be reporting to Trading Standards and my bank. I so wish I’d read these reviews first, a £90 lesson learned as I don’t hold out much hope of actually getting the partial refund.

FAKE GOLF BALLS !!! Do not buy the Titleist 2025 Pro V1 Golf Balls - They are fake! I cut a REAL proV1 open - It is blue, as shown on the box (the boxes are real) with a thin cover. GOLFADO's are green with a thick cover. I suspected something was wrong because the Titleist word came off after only a few hits!
