I had very similar experience with all…

I had very similar experience with all others. Fake trainers and very complicated to return, saying they only have a US return address, and started to offer 20% refund only to keep the trainers. Horrible experience. I wish I've read the reviews first...

This is a SCAM company!

This is a SCAM company!! My wife bought a pair of Asics trainer as they would help her issues with her Achilles. However, they arrived and dont fit despite them being labelled as the right size. On closer inspection they look fake. She then tried the laborious task of tryint to return and get a refund. Starts with 20% off and keep the trainers (Why?), then 30% and so on. Now at 35% or return to US as per policy which makes no reference to US bu refers to UK throughout. We have initiated a complaint with the credit card company and will report them to Trading Standards. It needs closed down!!!

Would rate 0 star if I could

Would rate 0 star if I could!
Do not use this company!! It's a scam! Wish we had read reviews before purchasing! Bought some new balance trainers for £90 as a birthday present off my partner, obviously at that price along with the item description, you would presume they are real.. wrong. Very clearly made in China and are crap materials, we could tell straight off that they were not real, approached the company and all they will offer is a 20% refund. obviously we will be flagging this up with our bank as fraud and will be reporting to trading standards! Do not order with this scam of a company!

Zero if I could.

I wish I'd read all this before ordering! I now have a pair of dodgy trainers and arent sure what is best to do! Do I pay more money to return them to what looks like a fake address and risk losing more money ?

I bought some ProV1 golf balls and…

I bought some ProV1 golf balls and turns out they are either counterfeit or they have been re-skinned, I’m thinking the latter, the ball markings actually rub off or smudge, the balls don’t actually perform badly to be honest but 1 star for selling dodgy goods from the far east and trying to sell as the real product

Fake Pro V’s

Fake Pro V’s

My girlfriend decided to get me a gift from golfado. She had seen a tend on TikTok where they sharpie some designs on golf balls.
Only to find out the balls didn’t fly properly.
Counterfeit balls at their worst.
Avoid!!

Awful company, SCAM!

Awful company, I wish I also looked at the review like everyone else. Found this website through google shopping, I did check they had a uk registered address but as the price was consistent with other sellers I didn't think twice when ordering but now looking at retail prices there were red flags on the hoka trainers plus they barely have anything on their website, I am kicking myself now. They wouldn't cancel my order and then I had an email to say it would take two weeks, to later see the tracking is from a Chinese courier clearly they are drop shipping goods when you order and benefiting from it. I've not had a reply email from the company but hope others don't fall for this.

Don’t touch this company with a barge…

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole! I ordered a pair of ASICS Novablasts, unfortunately before looking at the reviews. After reading about how they’re clearly fake, I tried to cancel within an hour (the website says you have 24 hours in which to request a refund). My request to cancel was met with repeated idiotic emails about how my order had already been dispatched (it hadn’t) and how I would love the package when it arrived (I don’t). Repeated emails were then just ignored, and after about a week I received an email telling me my order had now been dispatched and providing a tracking number. You couldn’t make this nonsense up! The shoes arrived, and are clearly fake. I’ll be pursuing this through my credit card company. Complete fraudsters. Steer clear!!!

Total Scam

Total Scam. Refuse to return product just offering 30% discount to keep it. Then claiming it is from the US despite their being clear Chinese postage labelling on the packaging.

This is an illegally registered company…

This is an illegally registered company who have given a registered address as 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT.
I phoned the company at that address today, as they rent out office space and companies can rent their business address too - however, the man checked to see if Golfado are registered as one of their clients and they are NOT.
I have reported this scam company to Trading Standards who are looking into it.

Their own policy states you can cancel your order within 24 hours and their tracking says ‘order not yet shipped’, even though the company’s email said it was too late for me to cancel and that it had been shipped.

If Golfado does not refund my order in full, I’ll do a dispute through the credit card company but I really didn’t need all this extra stress!

Absolute scam!

Shit company, don’t order anything

Very poor service. Delivery takes weeks. I canceled my order and received confirmation that I would be refunded, yet weeks later I was informed the order was being shipped. Despite repeated emails, communication was ineffective as my messages were not properly addressed. Overall, this company operates in a highly unprofessional manner."

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. There are scammers.
They lure you in by advertising their trainers at a decent price on the google search. I bought the asics novablast 5 as I couldn’t find that specific colour way anywhere…. Now explains why. They arrived after about 10 days and are fake. They are spoke quality, have writing in another language and don’t fit true to size.
I contacted the company who offered me 40 percent refund and to keep the item, to which I declined. I informed them on their website it states they will provide a returns label if the product is incorrect or not as described. I also said I would return the item to their address on their website on Great Portland Street. 1 week on and I haven’t received another reply. I have opened a dispute with my bank but this place needs shutting down!

Yep looks like I’ve fallen victim

Yep looks like I’ve fallen victim
To a scam ! Same as other reviews . Bought trainers to replace my daughter’s genuine Hoka . Should have realised too good to be true !! Good price . Sure enough though her usual size , they don’t fit . Approached the company and wow been offered 20% refund as too difficult to return to USA. I will tell trading standards and my bank . I also encourage people to circulate as widely as possible on social media to AVOID! As others have said there is no mention of operating outside uk and the website returns policy does confirms 30 day return for refund .I had looked at this before I ordered and naively assumed it would be ok .
Update : I’ve now received the email offering 30% .
Done a little digging and looks to me like a little one man band operating out of a poky little office somewhere . On companies house established April 25 .
Another update : I raised this with my bank and as I paid with my credit card they have issued a refund so I presume they will investigate . I have also reported to trading standards and fraud uk .

Scam!

Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel my order seven minutes after ordering and realising I wouldn’t be receiving legitimate trainers, then received an email the next day saying I could only cancel within 24 hours of ordering, which was pretty confusing as that response from them came still within the 24 hour period. Apparently the order had been shipped within seven minutes of me ordering, which is questionable. Emails feel like bot responses, and the phone number doesn’t work so there is definitely something dodgy about this company. Still in a battle trying to cancel my order, but not holding out much hope. I have contacted the fraud department at my bank and they are investigating.
