Good diet but not for me
When I first started Golo I lost 10lbsin about 2months. It was restrictive in that I had to weigh, measure and calculate and so I basically ate the same things and that got boring. I don’t like cooking so creating recipes was difficult and eating out almost impossible. I really didn’t notice the Release helping and it’s expensive to keep buying. I know it’s all about lifestyle and choices but it all boils down to motivation and probably the best option is portion control and trying to eat healthy as best as possible.

Older people find it much harder to lose weight. I am 78 years old and started taking Golo with every meal 10 months ago. I have lost 60Lbs. and feel 30 years younger. I can work in the yard all day and not get out of breath. You should target some of your ads toward Seniors!

Purchased 2 months of Golo release. At first it curbed the appetite and cut back on some desire for sweets. Then after a couple weeks, I never lost not ONE pound, in fact I gained bloat and 2 pounds. The I stopped after finishing a whole month's supply. Then started up a couple weeks later to see what happens..then bloat came back and then feeling sick after eating anything. A couple of Doctor visits happened..Pains in left upper side and still not losing any weight. Instead got a bad case of pancreatitis with severe pain, nausea and disappointment of wasting time and money on this product which didn't work for me. This is not regulated by FDA...so beware

The pills did nothing for me other than soft stools. Took it for a whole month and lost -0- weight. Sent customer service an email on this and never got a response which means the money back guarantee is not guaranteed either.

The very first bottle i ordered helped me to lose 60 lbs in one year . After that i had order bottle after bottle for a total of maybe 10 and i have not lose one single lb , instead i gained 45 lbs ! So disappointed 😔 because I continue gaining , i feel they changed the components in the capsule or they sell to recurrent customers a different capsule not the real thing.

Terrible Golo Frozen Prepared Meals
"I've had a positive experience with Golo capsules, but unfortunately, the same can't be said for their prepared frozen meals. The taste was disappointing, and I regret spending money on them. Minimal Weight Loss
My husband and I started this diet together in April of 2023. In the first 6 months we both lost 20 lbs each, but then it came to a halt for both of us and we're still taking the GOLO Release every day. It does help tremendously with the sugar cravings, we feel more energetic, and we don't feel nearly as hungry between meals. We are sticking to the diet as much as possible, we're not eating snacks anymore because we don't feel the urge to, which is great. We're at a loss as to why the weight loss just stopped for both of us. We are, maintaining the weight we've lost even over holidays and vacations, so that's a good thing. We will continue to take the "Release" because it does help and maybe at some point we will loss the weight we desire.
