Shady company/ingredients. They refuse to put the exact amounts of the propietary blend ingredients, only saying it's a combined amount of 297 mg. Why would they not want you to know? Maybe because they don't want their supposed secret to get out and you would buy this on your own with better results?

The use of proprietary blends is very common in the supplement industry. The Dietary Supplement Health Education Act of 1994 allows the listing of non-nutrient dietary ingredients as proprietary blends on dietary supplement labels for companies to protect their unique formulas. The weight of the blend and names of the ingredients within the blends must be declared, but not the amounts of the individual ingredients within the proprietary blend.

Good program overall.
I have been using Golo since February 2024. I have gotten to within 5 pounds of my goal however have not lost any weight in the last month sticking to the program. One of my goals was to lose my gut but that has not happened even sticking to the program and averaging 1 hour of exercise daily. Was expecting better results.

Outstanding program

I have tried so many ways to loose weight. Finally after watching golo commercials 10 times I researched it. All natural ingredience, I"m in.. I went to my Dr my blood pressure was 185/79/79 and I weighed 180 lbs. I begin my golo journey Feb 8 2024 in hopes that I would not be placed on medication for BP and loose at least 25 lbs. Dangerous side effects!!!
BEWARE of this product, not only did i not loose one single lb, I had my blood work done after being on this for about a month and this product caused my liver enzymes to skyrocket to dangerously high- causing liver damage, i stopped taking and had my blood drawn again and they are now back to normal, if you are on this product, i would definitely go have you liver function checked. I wish i could give negative stars.

The liver processes Release® functionally in the same way the body processes or assimilates other food nutrients and food fit for human consumption. Did not loose 1 pound with golo
Did not loose 1 pound with golo. I followed the meal plans, bought a scale weighed out my food and 4 months later nothing. I walk between 5 and 6 miles 6 days a week still didn’t loose anything. I will say this though I have IBS irritable bowel syndrome and it has helped with my constipation. I go more regular now which is almost a miracle considering I would be contipated for up to 15 days at a time. Now I go everyday so for that I will continue purchasing golo but for weight loss will keep looking.

My Golo Experience
Have been taking golo for a bit. Did really great through the winter months but have been at a standstill right now. My fault. Have been traveling and no routine. Still take golo daily and am maintaining my weight loss. Hope to get back on track soon

Absolutely did nothing for me
Absolutely did nothing for me. The pill did not control my hunger or anything. They are constantly pushing the narrative of exercises and food portions control and that does work. But people didn't get fat because they were able to do that.
