False advertise product nothing like picture

I ordered a $70 plush toy for my daughter . The advertised photo looked so nice .
Got the Toy absolute shit flat 2d printed not stitched like the advertisement.
Contacted regarding refund on site say poor quality 90 day rerurn hahaha a joke 2 days back and forth only offering 30% refund as must cover costs .
Load of crap false advertisement fake picture .
Advertisement pieces stitched together forming nice 3D excavator with embroidery stitched name stand up on its own.
What we got was like a pillow case flat picture with cushion stuffing and a zipper .

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! They scammed my teenage daughter out of 175 dollars of her hard earned money. She bought a hockey jersey for a Christmas gift- never arrived and now they want her bank info. To reimburse. Stay away and beware!!! Scam scam scam

Avoid This Company

I never write bad reviews, but this experience merits one. I kept seeing Facebook ads for a customized jigsaw puzzle, so I impulse bought one for my wife as a Christmas gift. The ordering and checkout procedure seemed legit, and I received an email with an order confirmation.

I ordered on 12/8. I kept checking tracking as it got closer to Christmas, and realized it probably wasn't going to get here on time. The tracking system was one I had never seen before, and it was obvious it was a Chinese tracking system being translated into English, and the information wasn't very helpful. I was still ok with it getting in late. It arrived to the area on 12/30, but it said my package was at a pickup point and I needed to get it so it wasn't returned. It didn't list an address or any other details, so I contacted the seller on their messenger page. They said my package was still out for delivery and to be patient.

A few days later, it said my package was being returned to sender because the shipping address was incorrect. I contacted the seller again to explain that the address was correct and no one ever tried to deliver it, and they just told me to contact USPS. I tried to call the local post office but it just rang and rang, as is typical I suppose.

I should have read the reviews before ordering, as there are so many 1 star reviews, so lesson learned. We are going to dispute the charge with our credit card company and see if we can get our money back.

Buyer Beware

I stupidly clicked the Instagram ad and bought a customised puzzle. It looked nice in the photo, nice graphic display box and full photo as well as a sharp looking puzzle. It arrives weeks later from China (not mentioned anywhere on the site but I should’ve guessed). No display box but a really shoddy flimsy brown cardboard box. The photo is a cheap personal printer print out on white paper with blotches from where the ink didn’t set. Customer service wrote back to me to tell me they are on ‘Christmas break’ and can’t help. I feel if they had time to write me that message (it wasn’t an instant reply) then they had time to answer my complaint. Don’t bother with them. They rely on high margin and high turnover and don’t care who they burn. Seek out local alternatives. They are better quality and often cheaper (walgreens or Snapfish for example) and also allow editing options and previews. Also this company seems to have many different names and pages, all the ads look the same. Don’t get duped!

SCAM/FRAUD

This company is a scam!!!!! I ordered a moon lamp and although the ad said it was only $19.99 the price jumped up when l tried to order it. It took over a month to receive and it was pitiful. I sent a picture which was supposed to be inside the moon lamp but you couldn't even see it. It was awful and so disappointing as it was a gift for a friend who had lost her 2 beloved dogs. I contacted them and they said the picture was poor quality. Hmmm so l asked why didn't you contact me to tell me this instead of making and sending me a useless moon lamp . They did not reply. They said they would do it over but l had to pay another $14.00 shipping fee and l refused to do so. I insisted that they screwed up the order and they should pay for the shipping. I did insist on a refund but they refused even though their return policy stated l could get a refund. I pointed this out and again NO REPLY. They did agree to pay for the shipping and l sent them 2 other pictures stating that they were to contact me to ensure the pictures were suitable. Again, l heard nothing back so assumed it was ok. Well now a month has gone by so l contact again and this is unbelievable. They asked me if the second picture l sent was the one l wanted to use. Seriously l was livid, it should have already been redone and sent to me and they had done NOTHING . I am so fed up with this . l will continue to speak up against this company so other people don't have to go through this. My so called $19.99 PURCHAS ENDED UP COSTING ME OVER $60.00 and l have nothing to show for it.
Honestly if the ad comes up on face book or anywhere else report it and DELETE it.

I've received a bracelet for my husband…

I've received a bracelet for my husband with grandchildren names on. Christmas morning it lit up his face.
Day after boxing day. It broke the chain near clasp broke.
Do you think I can get reply from Diamofy.... No chance.
Their offices on The Strand in London near to Me Hotel looks the business but is fake.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.

Avoid

I got a necklace with my children's names on it .Rubbish quality and tarnished after a couple of wares.I know it wasn't real silver but they go on about how good the quality is and its all lies to sell more .The rose gold and the gold as they put it is painted on metal .I was lucky and got a full refund eventually. DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY They will gladly take your money and the item will not be what you think you are ordering .

Beware of this company!!!

This is an awful company!! I ordered a necklace on June 18th. I sent an email asking where my order was on 7th August and had a reply, offering me another necklace or a refund. I opted for the refund and have been waiting for this ever since. I have emailed several times asking them to refund me, with no response. So, 10 weeks later, I have no necklace and no refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, because I now see what an awful mistake I made in using this company....complete waste of time and money!

I placed two orders on two different…

I placed two orders on two different days my first order was @ $100 and my second was @$75 I then also paid for the express shipping fees for both . I'm still waiting. Your company sure has a nice way of destroying surprises and at my wedding party of all things. Thanks a bunch. You will be hearing from my team of lawyers real soon.

Worst ever service

Worst ever service. Ordered more than a month back and haven’t still received my order. They wont even refund my money nor they can tell when they can send the ordered item. COMPLETE SCAMMMM..... WORST EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL. ITS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY EVEN WITH SUPPORT.

Moon Lamp Arrived But Barely

I ordered the moon lamp for my girl on Feb 11, 2021. I paid the $24 express shipping. My girl said she got the gift today, March 1, 2021. She said it was really cute, she really liked it, yada yada.

I don’t know if this company is a scam because my girl got her gift but this company does need to do better with shipping times and transparency to the customer. There’s no reason why I didn’t get tracking information or at least be updated unless I emailed them asking for it. They need to improve in those seemingly minute but imperative areas.

I gave 3/5 stars because the product is nice according to my gf, so if she is happy then great. Customer service needs work.
