AVOID THIS LIKELY SCAM

AVOID THIS LIKELY SCAM.

The shipping was slow and later than expected. Then the item just never arrived. The tracking info claims it arrived and was returned but I never received it nor had a chance to receive it; moreover, my apartment building has a doorman who accepts all packages for residents and checked the log to affirm that he did not receive and/or deny the package on the date they claimed. Their customer support is beyond terrible and an automated keeps warning me they'll delete my messages if I don't immediately reply to their ill-timed automated response. I don't know why you're still reading this, just don't use give these people money!

I did not read the TrustPilot reviews…

I did not read the TrustPilot reviews before buying, as I was in a rush to buy a birthday present.

Was sent FedEx tracking info and told package was delivered, however this wasn’t the case. Any attempts to reach customer services are directed to Facebook Messenger and an automated bot which just wishes you ‘a happy shopping’.

Very poor, but not unexpected from your typical online Chinese shop. Should have checked TrustPilot before buying.

Ordered 3 jigsaw puzzles using family…

Ordered 3 jigsaw puzzles using family photos as a Christmas gift, great idea, disappointing in execution. £80 for the 3! Really should’ve read the trustpilot reviews first. They arrived in good time but I should’ve viewed the video closer as I hadn’t appreciated how poor quality the packaging would be. Plain white battered boxes with the photo I sent printed off and loose not even fixed to the boxes. And as for the quality of the puzzles? Very poor, they smelt of fish glue really strongly, so definitely couldn’t give them as intended, so they’ll go in the bin. Been asking for a refund since and they offered $5 refund for each. Has gone up to $8 now but not acceptable. Dreadful. I’d recommend Photobox for something similar next time, they use Ravensburger, a well known German jigsaw puzzle maker and the quality is excellent, AND they were cheaper! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

1 month for Delivery, arrived after Christmas and was snapped into 3 pieces inside its packaging.

I ordered the the name bar necklace on 2nd December it stated 7-15 day delivery I knew I was cutting it fine to receive it before Christmas as it was supposed to be a gift for my sister but as Christmas approached and it still hadnt arrived I bought her a small gift and promised her she would shortly receive her special gift (the necklace with a sentimental message). The necklace arrived yesterday 1 month. I was just pleased it finally arrived but was disappointed about how long it had taken. I eagerly opened the package to find that the necklace was snapped into 3 pieces. Very disappointed is an understatement as we are currently in lockdown I cannot even go out and buy a necklace. I wish I had read all the poor reviews before buying. Feel like I have been robbed already, I have sent 2 emails with no response so far and judging by everyone elses comments I dont expect to get one. So sad that this happening to so many people and especially with the current situation with Covid and people losing their businesses and jobs and having very little money to only be ripped off and robbed by the greedy, selfish thieves of Diamofy. This needs to be stopped.

Horrible

Horrible! Website says you can modify/change/cancel order within 24 hours. I tried to cancel within the first hour after reading bad reviews. They tried to convince me not to cancel by offering me a keychain??? Told them I still wanted to cancel then they wrote back and said they couldn’t cancel because they already started making it. I told them they should have canceled when I made my first request ( all of this was still within my 24 hour grace period) now they are saying they can only give me 70% back. So frustrating. Will call my credit card company tomorrow

I ordered the hand molding i never received it so i emailed them they told me they would resend it but i had to pay for the shipping again, when i said no just refund my money this is the reply i got

If you insist on choosing a refund, we can only refund you 30%
We need to deduct materials and international transportation costs, in fact, we have already lost money

I ordered the 4 name necklace 12 days ago. It arrived this morning. It's beautiful, just like the one advertised. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. I'm just sad for other people who are dissatisfied. I would purchase from them again.

Looked just like the picture! A very unique thoughtful gift.

I ordered the product a month or 6 weeks before I received it. I knew the shipping would take a long time, especially with the covid on the go. It arrived before the wedding, so no complaints there!

When not turned on, it is just a hard white ball. But when it’s turned on, WOW. The picture of the happy couple was very easy to see and exactly as the pic I uploaded. The words on the back were very clear as well.

I didn’t have any contact with customer service so I can’t speak to how they are to deal with, but the product quality seems very high and I am happy with this very unique gift for the happy couple.

I Would recommend and hope to deal with this seller in the future.

Ordered a mothersday ring in april…

Ordered a mothersday ring in april still havent recieved it the email is in fkn china keeps leading me on. Canada post has no record of it. Since it shows it hasnt even left the destonation in china. Im so mad i want a refund. IT WAS A MOTHERSDAY GIFT!!!

It’s a scam website

I wish I could give them 0 Star this is a fake website , I ordered a nickless for my wife for a Mother’s Day it’s been almost a month I didn’t get it . It supposed to be between 7 to 15 days . Every time I track it it’s says it’s processing. I sent them a a lot of emails no response at all . They don’t have a customer service phone number . I believe we all should let everyone know through social media do not buy anything from them cause it’s a scan .

Tracking not working and no one responds back.

I ordered a mom neck for my best friend that has one foot print with her daughters name on it. Went to track my order and it said order not found. What a rip off. I am so upset I want my $45.00 back. Ughhh not buying anything from this site again.

I ordered a clay mold with LED case for…

I ordered a clay mold with LED case for my wife and I in the hopes to have it for Valentine's day, I even paid for an expedited delivery to make sure it would be here on time. I never received it, I can't get in touch with anyone, the tracking number does not work. I am calling my bank to challenge this transaction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I would've read these reviews before I placed the order!
