Gomibo really is as good as it sounds. They have a decent selection, I can't beat them on price, and the delivery has always been excellent. I've bought about a dozen different things here, and I've had no issues.

After I replied to their email saying I wont sign any document and I added review here, courier progressed immediately next day and I received phone in next 2 days in good condition. Later customer support from Gomibo called me and explained me situation with courier and offered for compensation for the delay. So I have update the rating to 4 Star for good gesture. Maybe they need to find better courier partner and stop scaring people by asking documents for resolving courier and delivery issues.

As others already have pointed out in negative reviews, don't believe all the 4-5 star ratings here. They are just scammers.
I ordered a phone worth of Euro 500. After 1 week AnPost tracking still showing AnPost haven't received the item. I contacted Gomibo.ie support and they said its currently with DHL and gave me the DHL tracking number. DHL tracking stuck at "Transportation to destination country/destination area" since last 1 week.
Now I asked them for refund and they send email saying they will open an investigation for the order. And to open the investigation they are asking to fill & sign form (including my co-residents.. ha ha) and provide government IDs etc. Looks like either they are doing business in some delusional parallel universe. Their own two courier tracking shows item not delivered and they are asking me to file the investigation and documentation.

Excellent service, delivery very fast and phone is brilliant, came with screen cover, phone cover and charging cable. This phone was the cheapest on this website.
I would definitely recommend to all and I will definitely do business again with Gomibo.

I ordered a phone off this company on the 19th March at 6.07pm, in the belief, I would have my phone the next day, as per their advertising of "order before 7pm for next day delivery" FALSE ADVERTISING! Here i am still with no phone and they have my money.

€280 and 8 days later, there is NO PHONE.

Gomibo customer service is quite simply an utter disgrace. They do not reply to emails. They ignore customers. And what's more frustrating, ive just received a marketing email from them, from the same general email, asking how my phone is working and I dont even have it! Now this is just a complete and utter laugh! Proves how good their customer service is.

There is no sign of my phone and no sign of them sorting it out. I am completely stressed over this and they WILL NOT SORT IT OUT.

I ordered a tablet last Friday. It's been stuck in the Netherlands since Monday, it was due to be delivered by latest today , I've tried to contact gomibo.ie, but I've not heard anything back . I've received nothing from them telling my my order was stuck in transit or delayed . This is ridiculous. It's a lot of money that im losing out on as I can't seem to get a reply for at least 2 to 3 days

This was my second time to buy a phone and accessories from Gomibo and it was quick and easy and no complications. My last purchase was about 5 years and I was due to change my phone.

Hey i had order one item and it was showing that it will be delivered the next day so i had done it but its been 2 days now still the parcel didn't reach me so please do something that u can because i have already paid

Ordered a phone for next-day delivery, but nearly three weeks later I still hadn’t received it or any meaningful update. The UPS tracking clearly showed the package was never delivered and had gone missing, yet Gomibo initially pushed the responsibility back onto me, requesting that I print, sign, and return a form along with a copy of my ID. In my experience, most retailers handle issues like this directly with the courier rather than placing the burden on the customer. At that point, I was still waiting on a €500 refund.

Update: Gomibo have since been in contact regarding this order and were very pleasant to deal with. They made a genuine effort to both resolve and compensate for the issue, and also took the time to understand what went wrong so they can improve the experience for other customers. Based on this follow-up, I would consider using this company again in the future—the support staff were genuinely lovely to deal with.

Good prices

To be honest, I was a little sceptical when I found the site after a search on the internet. I needed to replace my mobile quickly and this site was far cheaper than any other quotes I could find. I decided to go with them after seeing a lot of positive reviews. They also promised next day delivery, but it looked like the phone would come from the Netherlands, so that would never be the case. To my surprise, the phone arrived the next day and was exactly as promised and have been using it now for 2 weeks with issue (New mobile, not reconditioned). Happy to give a positive review, especially given the next day delivery.
