If I could give a lower rating I would

If I could give a lower rating I would. I have wasted more than a year on our solar battery project with them. Told me they submitted plans only to find out they didn't. Impossible to reach people by phone or email. When I did and told them I was going to move to another contractor they brought in a new person to persuade me that despite issue they had things under control now and could be done in a month. That person is now ghosting me as well. Stay away!!! They will waste your time.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD

This company is built on Fraud! I signed a contract in 2022 for an ADU, got approved for 4 loans immediately for ADU with a deferred payment for completion December 2023. We're now in August 2024 and I'm being charged for all 4 loans and Multitaskr has yet to break ground on my project. They had over a year to complete and I have nothing! Broken promises and the debt of an ADU never built. No communication from them as promised, excuse after excuse for their misconduct, along with their loan affiliates that send them your loan money direct to the company instead of your bank!!! no funds control whatsoever. FRAUD!FRAUD!FRAUD! BEWARE They use your money for other purposes to advance themselves personally.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! If I could give them a negative number of stars, I would. Over a year and a half ago, I signed a contract with them to build an ADU—the first payment (200k). I made it in February 2023. So far, I have paid them almost 400k. Since February 2024, I have been paying a mortgage to the financing companies for the building they did not even start. They always have a bogus explanation to justify their scam. I think they are either running a Ponzi scheme and using my money to pay for the jobs they signed for earlier, or they are incapable of doing any construction work and keep giving me runs around to use my money as long as possible. Coldwell Banking West referred me to this business. I was wrong to rely on the reputation of Coldwell Banking and trust their referral. As my experience shows, they are not concerned about the outcome of the projects with the businesses they have referred to. Maybe it's because the real estate agents who made a referral are being paid for each of them. So, do yourself a favor. Stay away from Multitaskr ( gomultitaskr.com; 2576 Catamaran Way Chula Vista, CA 91914), as my experience clearly shows it’s a very shady business.
Multitaskr: Don’t respond to my complaint with your usual lip service. You are not sorry for scamming me.
