Standard of Service - not good enough
-Poor communication between office staff and installers meant installers turned up not knowing what type of property they were working on or accessibility of walls
- machinery broke down delaying the job
- installers rushed the job as they had had a long journey to the next job.
- the cement used to plug the injection holes crumbled and popped out.
- We have had to bond all injection holes and replace a third, including on our most exposed wall at height.
- This was particularly concerning due to potential water ingress causing damp
- Installers failed to clean up adequately due to being in a rush to leave, leaving insulation material and dust around the property which we had to clean up
- We were reimbursed £250.00 by SmartStoneEnergy for this poor performance.
- I would not recommend this company.
