Charlie and his team were a pleasure to deal with, from the initial phone call through to waving off the final truck.
They were on time, extremely efficient and even worked though some pretty nasty rain to get the job completed when they said they would, and it came in very close to the initial estimate provided from just a few photos.

First of all that you for taking the time to write this review. I am sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with our services.
You were told on the phone that based on what you told us, it should cost you around $500 - $600,-. In the end, you were charged $750,-. It is very hard to quote on something we did not see. Especially when people forget to mention a few items that they also need to be removed. Therefore the prices provided over the phone are only indicative.
Also, we charge $100 / cubic metre of household rubbish, which is a very competitive rate to our knowledge.
Again, I am sorry you feel this way.

I received a return phone call within 5mins of my website enquiry. The men arrived on time and called me to say they were on their way.
The price they gave me on the spot was reasonable and my things were quickly gone. I was moving and was very relieved to have one less thing to worry about. Both men were really friendly.
