This company deserves a zero rating! DO NOT BUY from them; they are a total scam! I spent $144 on 4 reborn dolls and 3 other items. I did receive items that are a complete joke! Terrible terrible items not worth $5. I contacted the company and was first offered a refund of $2. After emailing several times they finally raised the refund amount to $8. Again what a joke! I cannot believe that PayPal even allows this company to do business with them. I have disputed the charge with PayPal but am not hopeful. I wish I could do more to take these people down.

I'm so damn mad at what I have received in the mail after I had ordered two " real life babies".... my 5 year old has been begging me for one for Christmas and I thought I was going to have two very excited girls at christmas time.. little do they know they wont be getting one due to this piece of scum people who's in control of this so called business. How can you sit there and think this is fine ? So many bad reviews I hope to god karma bites you all on your private parts times 10000 . Now I have these two plastic dolls going in the bin. I wouldn't even give them to a dog as a toy.So disgusted ... SOOOOOO DAMN disgusted

this is the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with! i purchased a reborn baby doll for around $40 it took 2 months to get it and when it arrived it was the ugliest piece of garbage i ever seen. i asked for a refund and they refused, until i got paypal involved. i ended up getting most my money back thru paypal but w no cooperation from this scam company. after ordering it i looked them up on facebook where i found their ad to begin with and apparently they have a lot of victims! there are whole pages dedicated to the scams done w their fake reborn dolls! do not fall for this! there are many other scam companies just like them for the reborn dolls so be aware!

THESE AWFUL PEOPLE KEEP CHANGING THEIR WEBSITE NAMES. THE CUTE THINGS THEY SHOW (Babies, Kittens, Puppies) ARE ALL GARBAGE. THEY’RE LITTLE PLASTIC TOYS WE COULD GET OUT OF A BUBBLE GUM MACHINE.

I felt compelled to post this - as it may give some of you hope.
I ordered one of those life like dogs for my nephew 3 days ago via PayPal. I was then told by a family member that it was a scam so came on TP to research - my worst fears were confirmed. After reading all the posts I decided to email them (a collection of letters and numbers as an address) but had pretty much accepted it was a lost cause. Yesterday they emailed back - asked me why I was cancelling the order and I was honest (bad reviews/poor quality/not as described). They replied to say they were sorry to hear that and would refund the money.
Well - unbelievably - I received a PayPal refund this morning. They may be scammers in terms of quality and false advertising, but on this occasion they dealt with my refund more efficiently than most online retailers do!

Thank God I read the reviews before I ordered 2 puppies for my granddaughters. They seen them on Instagram & Facebook & wanted the puppies & asked me to purchase them. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

I ordered a life like real baby .it took 2 months to get!
It was the most horrible thing I've ever seen no bigger than I tv remote & so so ugly plastic doll . I'd say maybe worth 1$. And I paid around 50$ for it.
Dont even try to get your $ back because it will never happen

If I was able to write a review without leaving a single star I would I ordered not 1 but 2 reborn dolls I wish I could post a picture of what I was sent OMG when I tell you the quality on these dolls were Ter-ri-ble that’s what I mean I was so disappointed. This site is a joke.

I bought 2 Journey real lifelike dolls it cost $66.00. When the dolls came they were ugly, damaged, just a ugly white swaddling type clothes, nothing like the picture. They want to give me $12.00. The dolls are not worth $1.00 Would be glad to send pictures.

Though I did not order, I noticed in one of their ads (for the kitty) that they describe the body as cloth but then further in the ad they "stole" ad copy from a legitimate company, Ashton Drake Galleries. The ad then talks about a different material for the body. A legitimate company such as Ashton Drake, would not have such a poor quality website, spelling and grammar errors, and copy that contradicts itself. Even the copy for the kitty refers to it as a "posable monkey."

I also noticed the websites all look the same for the reborn, puppy, kitty, and other "lifelike" dolls. The website(s) are full of little hearts, unprofessional fonts, flame emojis and more. ANY COMPANY THAT IS LEGIT will usually have a phone number and address to their corporate office ... these websites ALL have just an email for customer service that is usually a Yahoo or hotmail account. If you send them an email first, you will most likely receive a reply with poor English, etc.

As far as a previous comment regarding PayPal... I quit using them years ago. PayPal began having complaints about receiving items other than described or purchased and the buyer's subsequent inability to secure a refund. The complaints were about the seller "proved" some product was delivered to the buyer. The buyer cannot prove they did not receive the actual item they purchased or that the item was not as described. PayPal complaints stated that the buyer lost these types of complaints.

My concern now is that these scammers will see these reviews and make corrections to appear more legitimate. A final thought is most of these types of products seem to be targeting (me) through game apps ... so ... dont click on ads in games.

Buyer beware ... if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

This website is a SCAM. It cost me 65 EUROS! I ordered 2 Reborn Baby Dolls and imagined to get what was showed in the photos. Turns out that the photos on this website is not of the products!! The photos are on google! Instead of the Reborn Baby Doll I received a Plastic Mini Doll..its a miracle if from head to toe is 6 Inches! Most probably their original cost does not escalate to 10 euros let alone I had to pay 65 for 2 dolls which I wouldn't even pick them up in a garbage bin! Shame on you! I'm never going to buy from this website again!

I brought the baby doll for $45. What I received was a plastic doll with no clothing that you can buy in any store that sells toys for less then $10. I have closed my paypal accounts because they let these companies RIP us off. I have have filed 4 complaints with paypal and the decision was always in favor of the vendor. I will never buy another thing that goes thru Facebook, Instagram or pop up ads. Wish I knew how to file a complaint with the Federal Government. Will only buy from Amazon, Ebay or trusted companies.

One sure way to check an ad such as this is to look for the spot where the Batts go!!???

I am so pleased I checked Trustpilot..... I have been tempted to order the tee cup pup and possibly the husky pup, have to admit they almost had me! Thankfully there are good folk who don’t want others to get scammed. I have seem at least five different web sites advertising these little mechanical dogs, and there are no negative reviews of the items or the company on their Facebook site, or their direct website.
I am going to tell my friends to check companies before they order.

JUST A QUICK UPDATE! I FILED A DISPUTE FOR CHARGES I WAS BILLED BY THESE CLOWNS, THE CHARGES WERE CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT! AND I RECEIVED ANOTHER "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, PLEASE BE PATIENT EMAIL" IMMEDIATELY AFTER HEARING BACK FROM MY BANK! THEY PROVIDED ME WITH ANOTHER TRACKING NUMBER ALONG SIDE THE FIRST ONE, WHICH DOES.NOT EVEN REGISTER YET AND THE FIRST ONE STILL SAYS EXPIRED AND DATES BACK TO WAY BEFORE I ORDERED! SO...THAT'S MY UPDATE! Yes! I was an idiot! I fell for the B.S. and ordered a doll. Well, I have not even received a sorry excuse for what I ordered! At least I'd have something to show for my ignorance! They have given me the run around for months now, begging me to just hold on a little longer, don't file a PayPal dispute, and so on. Well I am disputing the charge thru my bank and hopefully if nothing else they will be able to shut them down somehow. I may never see my money or even a sick idea when it's all said and done, but if word of mouth can grow and destroy them, I can be content with that! I've seen the new ad for the puppy and lots of people are gonna bite the dust on that one.too! I think it's almost worth putting myself in front of a.firing squad to take it to social media and let it spread like wildfire! Instead of pissing away intelligence to scam people of their money, develop an actual product others would buy! But I guess intelligence doesn't come with a.conscience or anything else of human decency feelings! They have a brain but no heart! Pathetic!!!
