If I could give them a zero I would. The dolls I ordered were nothing like what was described. They sell better dolls at the dollar tree... I would never recommend this place. When I tryed to get a refund through PayPal I had to submit tracking info and send it back. They gave an address that was different than where they sent it from and it was from another country which was gonna cost more to ship than what I payed.. needless to say I was out of 70$.. do not buy from them!

I don't know what it's like in the US, but here in the UK I had a similar problem. They told me they didn't refund, I paid by Paypal but couldn't open up a dispute. It kept sending me to the seller so I went to my bank. My bank immediately recharged the money from them back into my account. I'd suggest you in the USA try this way too.

If I could give them a minus I would. They just flat out lie to you. Bought a no touch digital thermometer for $19.99 + $9.99 shipping. They took our money with no problem. After no word on shipping. Sent multiple emails to the email that was on my invoice. The one that said “if any problems contact us here”.
Their response was we can’t find your order. Even after I sent them my receipt, with their company’s name, email address and what I had paid them.

Order # 29110. This should be a negative 10 !!! I ordered 2 of the "real life-like Journey Reborn" dolls. One for my 2 year-old granddaughter that I am raising since my son (her father) passed away 5/2/2019 and the other for my 4 year-old granddaughter that does not live with us. I wanted these for great Christmas presents. The pictures are nothing at all like the actual dolls. These are like miniature baby dolls that you might would expect to get at the dollar store and even then it would not have been a good buy. I paid $56.98 plus $6.99 shipping. The order was placed 6/18/20 and when I never received it in the time-frame it said, I kept requesting a refund and they kept coming up with excuses. I finally received the 2 dolls stuffed in a plastic USPS bag that was about 6" x 8" total I think on 8/1/20. I had no idea what it was until I opened it. I sure didn't think it was 2 life-like dolls that are supposed to be 17" each. I immediately asked for a complete refund and sent them photos to prove it was NOT what I ordered at all. Well, this is the first reply I got after that....."As for the product you received, we believe that the price of the product is not expensive and the appearance is beautiful. If there is no problem in your use, could you keep it?
And we can give you $3 as a compensation." WHAT??? I'm sorry, but I would never insult any child to give them one of these dolls. I wouldn't even let the family dog play with them because they are so cheaply made. Definitely not able to pose them or feed them (since no opening in the mouth), there is only a line marked where the eyes should be, so you definitely do not see "lifelike eyes." I have continued to email back and forth and each time getting the same thing and increasing the refund by $1 each time until I'm finally up to a whopping $14 as a final offer if "I keep them." Then they go on about how they are a small company and it costs them a lot to ship it and the item is not expensive. Well $63.87 for items that should be a total of $1 maybe is expensive to me!!! But, if they don't think it is expensive then why do they not refund my money, after all, it's not expensive, so they say. They just keep giving these sob stories about being a small business and please keep the item. I'm sorry but I do not feel sorry for anyone who uses false advertisement to get money from people and then offers to give you a few dollars back. They know exactly what they are doing, and they are making a fortune off of us!!! Well, I will not allow them to take advantage of me if it costs every last cent I have. I will make sure that they are never able to sell anything else in the U.S. I beg you, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not purchase from this company. I am so disappointed that PayPal is even still allowing them to do business on their site with all the complaints but that is where I am going now - to file a complaint and hopefully I will get a refund. There has to be a way to get them for mail fraud, so that will be my next step as well. I wish there was a way to attach photos of what I was supposed to get and what I got, but I do not see a way.

Like many others here, I have also been scammed with the Life-like Doll promise. I have complained to PayPal who seem to be fobbing me off too, even though I've given them evidence and advised them to look here.
I am now looking into complaining about PayPal to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Perhaps if enough of us complain to them, PayPal might get our money back to us?

I ordered a cute baby life like doll for my granddaughter 4th birthday but what was sent to me was a cheap dollar tree looking doll that feels and look like it would cost $1. Smaller then my hand. I sent it back but no money come back to me. This is awful to do a child like that.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.... I ordered a reborn doll and it was horrendous! Nothing like the picture and had a hole in the side. They wanted me to pay 54 dollars to send the item back when it was only 38.98 to send it too me. PayPal is unwilling to help at all. Paypal scammed me for 138.98. Not a happy camp

I paid $39 for a reborn doll on july 10th. I never received it. They said it delivered successfully with tracking #. If it did. I would not be contacting them. I ask for refund. They refused. I opened claim with paypal. Can you believe paypal denied my ass?!?! What a scammer these people are. What a nice happy birthday gift to my 6 year old. It's late for her bday, and I can't get a refund for her birthday. Oh well, what a coward scum they are. Do NOT buy from these people ever!!! PLEASE!!!

One star is too much to give this review. Everyone needs to be buyer beware with this site. Paid $40 or a reborn doll and received something that looked like a fetus. Scamming people big time. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will certainly be posting pictures of their 'reborn dolls' wherever I can so no other people are deceived by them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!

Would give this a zero. Paid alot of money foe a reborn doll. All we got was a hard plastic 6 inch doll. Broke my granddaughters heart. Scammer. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Nothing like the picture would never give to my daughter they offered me 4 dollar refund cause they make no profit so angry

This company is a fraud my niece ordered a babydoll for her daughter and it’s nothing like the doll she ordered we have a very disappointed little girl who solve her birthday money to buy it and it’s garbage I wish I could show everyone the picture of what she got it’s so sad

I would give this company negative values if I could. They are the most shoddy, unprofessional company I have ever had the disaster of dealing with. I ordered a product and they automatically took the £38 from my Paypal account. For months now, I have been in almost daily communication with them for a refund and the product has never arrived. The keep telling me that they have refunded my through Paypal: they can't even use my name. It's clearly a standard response that has quotation marks around it. No one signs it off. They are liars and cheats and thieves and are based in China. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't even believe it's still in business.

I also wish there were negative stars. I bought a baby doll from them. It was advertised as being able to move and have the appearance of a real baby that was 17" long. When I received it all the body parts were glued together so you couldn't move it at all. No clothes would fit this because you can't move the arms and legs. It doesn't feel anything like a real baby doll. I would be so embarrassed to give this to my daughter. It was $39.98 and they are only willing to refund me $3. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM

I also had ordered the "Life-like Reborn girl doll" the video showed very nice quality doll and I received a 4 inch rubber gumball machine doll. That had bumpy rubber all over face. It was not poseable at all as the videos had shown. Very disappointed. I paid $38.98 after shipping and so far they are offering me a $12 refund. I am trying to settle the dispute through paypal. A complete rip off. Showing pictures on their site of what they do not send you. Will never order through them again.

Deserves 0 stars, but it won't let me review without 1 star. Ordered a reborn doll received what looks like a dog toy. I'm not sure I would give it to the dog could be toxic plastic. I can crush the whole thing into a ball with 1 hand. The doll is molded rubber with sprayed on coloring for hair, no other features the rest is skin colored. It is the size of my hand. Scam China Company, do not order from here. I actually went through paypal, so with their help Im getting reimbursed the full amount, but the company wants me to send the crap back. Paypal will refund me the return shipping fees. The gooddealsus website states that for refunds you dont need to pay return shipping(One time shipping fee for both ways) but I have too. It also will not let you reveiw or upload pictures on their page, great for the scam. After the complaint started the company deleted my account thankfully I got screenshot pics of the entire web page before hand, chalk it up to sixth sense.

I ordered a solar fountain in mid May, and have yet to receive anything. I have sent emails, and they always respond, but they keep saying they will send it again and to be patient, even though I have repeatedly asked for them NOT to send it again and to refund my money. They gave me track numbers, but they are clearly false - it says “expired” for one and “item not found” on the other. Luckily PayPal is issuing me a refund...when I told them that, they STILL said today that they have resent it and to please be patient! Ridiculous! Thieves, most definitely. I notice I don’t see their ads anymore...perhaps they have been taken down from Facebook and other social media. Definitely NOT legitimate, do NOT buy anything from them!
