Hi, we are sorry about the confusion. On our terms and conditions we do inform about the possible additional charges on E.U. and International deliveries: "11.2 You will be responsible for payment of any applicable import duties, taxes and other fees. We have no control over additional charges that may arise and we cannot predict their amount". Usually we do try to block orders from outside the uk being placed on the uk site, unfortunately it appears that your order managed to pass through the system. It is outside our power to calculate the taxes and fees from different countries.
