Goodies Gate 

Ordered 2 pairs of different shoes. First pair wre far too small, put them in a charity back. Second pair had CROCS written all over but not convinced there are originals as size was too small. They arrived damaged and expect me to pay £16 to return DAMAGED GOODS. emails back and forth but getting nowhere.

Clearly, under the agent/principle law it was to Lamsir that I paid the money to on my visa card and it is therefore to Goodiegate that I seek reparation from. The question of returning this useless product to China at my expense is not up for discussion. If you they them back you must arrange to collect them. These were not ordered by mistake or were ill-fitting they were fraudulently sold from a Lamsir photograph advertising ; 'leather walking boots' and what was received bore no resemblance whatsoever to the picture advertising them - this is criminal fraud. They were shoes which ere no more than dancing slippers not WALKING shoes. This is fraudulent misrepresentation.

I recieved my leather shoes they are cheap and not the same as photo I did not get a email to confirm the order .My oder came i.paid £29.80for a pair of shoes there is no forward address or invoice in the package. Its should not be allowed to happen. I will never use them again.
Does anyone have the address or the phone number they could give me ?

Purchased a pair of size 9 leather shoes on the 19 SEP (Lasmir) and an still waiting, the tracking is as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Rang them 3 times and even when they did get back the info was of no use as it still does not let me know when they are going to arrive.

Ordered pair of shoes via a Facebook and and wish I hadn't. Money taken from card (Goodies Gate name on account paid to ). I have emailed them asking where the item is (it has been 10 working days now), I have been given tracking details of "item dispatched" but this shows nothing. Very unhappy and wished I had never placed order - this has all the marks of a scam - avoid at all costs

This does not deserve one star!!! Do not buy from this company. Jumper I ordered was very poor quality & smelt. Returned to China as everyone else,back in September & still have no refund. Apparently customs in China have destroyed the item- they obviously agree that the jumper is not worth keeping. Someone on Instagram needs to stop this company advertising on their site- as I’m sure this should be considered “false advertising”

... further to my review left on 26 Oct ... if you are experiencing extreme difficulties in obtaining a refund for items purchased that are essentially of an unmerchantable quality/not as advertised/being required to return items to China when items have been sold in uk by uk registered company and dispatched from uk then you could try using Chargeback/Section 75 which is protection provided by most credit/debit cards - you would need to contact your bank/card provider. I just had the full amount I had paid returned to my credit card by my credit card provider. Takes a bit of effort to log the claim but for me it was the principle that I was being played for a fool that was every bit as important as the cash!

I saw the advert for a coat on Instagram and it looked really professional and I thought I would treat myself. When it arrived, it was poorly made. Loose threads, cheap and thin material, badly fitting. I decided to send it back.

Customer service replied to me fairly quickly and I was told I would need to send it tracked delivery or I wouldn’t get a refund. I sent it back in September and that tracked delivery was an eye watering £16.00.

It has taken several prompts and reminders, but I finally have the refund back for the item in late November.

I really regret this impulse buy and will avoid Instagram ads from now on!

Will never buy through an Instagram ad again. Products arrived - very cheaply made, poor material, terrible fit. Nothing like the photos advertised. A complete waste of money. In addition, they claim to be a UK based company but this is patently untrue as the products are obviously manufactured and sent from China.....If I could give a negative rating, I would!

Awful quality, don't waste your money. Still waiting for a refund after spending money sending it back. DON'T BOTHER!!!!

ALERT!!! .... DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GoodiesGate. I've bought a raincoat which the quality was like shower curtain fabric. I've contact them they replied saying to sent it back they will refund me. I've spend £15.99 on postage tracking with signature on delivery. They received the parcel on 15th October and never refunded my money. I've contacted them through emails the emails bounced back because they have blocked my email address. And I still looking forward to hearing from them.

Totally avoid this website. The quality/look/ size of a sweater I ordered was very very poor. When requested to send item back they gave me an address in CHINA & said it had to have a tracking code costing near as much as the sweater !!! Will not be buying anything from this website again in fact they should be struck off.

I have just received my jacket, which was ordered on 9th September. It is Navy Blue and I ordered Bright blue.
So thin, nothing like the picture and no invoice to send it back.

Bought a navy 'heavy' sweater for the winter. Just received it - it smells (like another reviewer said), is thin and not fit for purpose. No invoice in with goods.
Fit for the bin and nowhere else.
Don't be caught out like I was paying £29.95 for rubbish

The jumper is nothing like the ad. It is appalling quality, terrible stitching and really smells. Only fit for the bin. Too expensive to return.

This company is operating illegally. It has no respect for the Consumer Act.
The quality of the items you order are misrepresented. You cannot return the items without paying the non refundable postage costs to China.
All correspondence is by an automated repeat and fails to deal with valid issues raised.

Ordered 2 lovely looking jumpers, what arrived were awful. Totally out of proportion short and small on the body long in the sleeves, they looked NOTHING like the advertised jumper. They are so poor quality I wouldn’t even be able to donate them to charity £59.98 straight in the bin. Yes you can return at cost back to China for a refund but spending another £20 to do so was a risk I wasn’t prepared to take as I don’t believe they honestly refund.

Recently bought a ladies sweater . This is probably the worst clothing item I have ever seen. Sizing bears no resemblance to anything. This ladies sweater is worse than an ancient tea towel. Do not buy anything from Goodies Gate. If you want to return an item you have to send it to China ! Steer well clear of anything Goodies Gate

Absolutely appalling!! Do not touch this website. I didn't realise that the goods come from China. The 'winter' jumper that I ordered looks like a dish cloth and has the most awful smell. The company will not offer a free return so it will cost half the amount to return it and I will possibly not get my refund. DO NOT BUY!!
