Bought a jumper, appalling quality, looks nothing like the photos. Absolute tat.

NO Stars is more appropriate.
Wish I'd checked these reviews before I ordered, never normally order from companies who pop up in ads... Never again! Appalling quality, cheap and nasty but to send back to China for a refund would cost another £15+ which quite frankly I've decided isn't worth it!
I want nothing more to do with this company and warn nobody to order from them. They should be looked into by trading standards.

The jumpers I purchased were totally substandard and not worth the money. The packaging was ripped, the jumpers smelled awful - a nasty chemical smell - and they looked like they wouldn’t stand one wash. There was no returns label in the parcel so I contacted Goodies Gate who responded the same day with an address in China for me to return them to. When I challenged that the jumpers had arrived too quickly to have come from China AND the parcel has a UK sender address on, I was told that address was just their freight handler and the only address I could return to is in China. This is an expensive, insecure exercise. All in all I recommend no one buys from them.

Please do not buy anything from this site which is in China. Their merchandise is NOTHING like the pictures.
You need to return unwanted items over there , so obviously not worth your while as would be too expensive. The jumper I ordered was so disgusting ( quality / smell / design / etc) I quickly stuffed it back in the vile plastic bag and definitely didn’t try it on it was so hideous.

Avoid buying anything from this company. They are based in China. They don’t give their address on their website and no contact numbers. I ordered a jacket which arrived and I was thoroughly disgusted in the quality so found out on wanting to return it that they are in China and it’s going to cost me over half the price of the jacket to return it. Very unhappy and the star above should be a minus - they should be struck off for selling such appalling goods.

Avoid at all cost! AWFUL looking sweater, acrylic - not cotton as advertised, smelly and nothing looking like what the model was wearing! My dogs did not even want it as bedding - so it´s in the bin!

If I could give no starts I would. AWFUL products - nothing like the pictures at all. Terrible quality and ridiculous size. So disappointing - when I checked out the refund policy you have to request where to send it - CHINA!!!! and they do not tell you this on the website. you have to request it. I am now nearly £20 down due to the cost of posting it back - However would rather give my money to royal mail than let these cowboys get away with it. I just better get my money back!! DO NOT USE THEM they are con artists and I am annoyed I fell for it.

Appalling quality , very small sizes. Sarcastic email when I complained to customer services wanting to return product, as I had to pay postage to China ((16.99) !!!
Very dissatisfied- will not make the same mistake twice.

The photography makes these products look so lovely. The truth is it’s fake! Their supposedly best selling jumper is absolutely revolting in real life. Dead cheap and nasty. The sort that if you removed quickly would make sparks that you could light a cigarette on. As for the sizing... I wanted it baggy so ordered their 3XL. To be honest it wouldn’t fit a large doll.

Appalling quality and like other reviews...the morale is check where the product is being dispatched....the site claims :Our 2020 New Winter Sweater designed so that your winter experience can be simple and exquisite, . The design of the small high collar helps you withstand the severe cold in winter and care for your whole winter.
It is seriously Not much better than a dishcloth - and would not withstand a light breeze- sizing is wrong and seams poorly finished.The site also claims At Goodies Gate, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible, so that you do not encounter any surprises when receiving your goods.
Surprised is the under statement -quite shocked that they have the gall to sell items like this - Buyer beware.

Just avoid if you are in the UK.
I did some research before ordering, clearly not enough. Poor quality and poor sizing so need to return. Company is based in China, VERY expensive to return items. If problems with refund I will raise dispute with PayPal.
For peace of mind, buy from UK-based companies and not this one!
