We completed the sale of my late mother-in-law's house on 24th April 2026.
My wife and I really appreciated everything that everyone involved at Goodmove and the other organisations (legal, surveyors etc), did throughout the process. From our first conversation right through to completion, we were highly impressed by how customer-focused everyone was, and we felt that our needs and interests were taken seriously and sensitively. In addition, everything we were told would happen at the outset during our initial contact was delivered very efficiently and on time.
Dealing with the Estate of a recently departed loved one has many challenges, and some of these will continue for a while, but we really felt that a burden was lifted by the approach of Goodmove.

Where do I start my first experience…
Where do I start my first experience was with Marcus Edge. What an excellent experience Marcus explained everything to me in great detail from start to finish. I had a lot of things going on at once but nothing was to big or to small for Marcus. He was just extremely knowledgeable and helpful he was very good at calling back and never ever avoided any of my calls. You can imagine this is not a good experience wanting to move and been unwell in the process. So thank you very much Marcus and also to Max who I dealt with on a few occasions he was very helpful and polite also.
The solicitor which was used was Esme Poulter she was absolutely excellent she was very efficient and very helpful nothing was to much for her also she is very calm and always explains things to the fullest she is very experienced. As you can see I had a very smooth experience with thus company I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a quick and unstressful experience please use this company they are very experienced and very good. I can definitely say this I would like the company to please mention the names I have put in this review and mention this in the company’s team meeting. I would also like a copy of this review put on there company personal files. If it was not for Marcus and esme I would not have gone ahead with thus sale. Not because if the company but because it’s stressful having to move. So once again if you want to move quickly and fast please use this company they are very efficient helpful honest and they actually look out for your best interest which you can’t always say this as sometimes people have there own agenda. Best company 10 out of 10 no complaints.

We can’t recommend Good Move enough if you are struggling to sell!!
We had a large property we had been struggling to sell through estate agents and after only 4 weeks we completed, money in the bank!!! Ok yes it is sold at less than market value but we expected that for selling fast. Lucy was outstanding with the whole process. She kept us updated throughout, sorted the solicitors, who are independent by the way, and answered our many questions promptly. We had no hidden fees and what we agreed on was what we were paid.
Really can’t thank Lucy and Good Move enough and highly recommend them.
