I had an excellent experience with doctor Watt and nurse Nicola ! They are a great team and if god forbid I would ever need anything like it I would contact them without any hesitation! They know their stuff 1000% and I would highly recommend them! In my case was a massive lipoma surgery but it all went well ! Thank you again doctor Watt and nurse Nicola !

Scar treatment
I recently underwent treatment with Mr. Williams to improve the appearance of a scar left by a severe case of shingles, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. After just one week, the difference is remarkable, the scar is much neater and significantly improved compared to the deep indentation left by the virus.
This was my first experience with a cosmetic procedure, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and care shown by the entire team. The process was efficient and reassuring, making me feel completely at ease. I’m excited to see how the scar continues to heal and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future treatments if needed. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

Terrible Administration – Dishonest and Unprofessional
I had an awful experience with the administration. They charged me £50 for a booking and then sent two separate messages with different appointment times. This confusion caused me to miss the appointment entirely. Instead of admitting their mistake, they insisted it was my fault just to keep the money.
This kind of dishonest and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their error shows they value profit over customer satisfaction. I would not recommend their services to anyone!

Our policy is to take a £50 deposit when booking any appointments.
We are always flexible and understanding with patients when it’s the first time or something unavoidable has happened, however when appointments are repeatedly missed it has a significant impact on the business and our other patients.
The reason you had two text messages from us with two different times, is because you booked two separate appointments with two different members of the team. Text messages are sent in booking order and a reminder for both appointments were sent out 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Petra is always fantastic
Petra is always fantastic, I have my lip fillers done regularly from here. She is very thorough and experienced. Unfortunately the receptionists are always offhandish and unfriendly on every occasion, this is the only thing that lets GSD down. Aside from that fantastic work and the environment is also very clean. Very impressive
