This company has another review site called Skin Surgery Clinic where the reviews are not so good but it is the same outfit. I checked both review sites out a few weeks ago and the historical reviews seemed worse then, any negative comments were answered with whitewash answers.
I have used them twice previously and they were expensive but alright this time I felt deceived, conned and very badly treated.
I rang up to make an appointment and was told I must submit photos on line, this should have been a warning sign, then I was told my photos were not good enough I must pay pay £50 for an assessment which I did. The lady who gave me the assessment I believe was called Lorraine she quickly looked at some of my lesion's and wrote down 4 prices totalling £1570.00 I said I wanted a job lot I wanted a lot more doing and she gave me a mirror, as she could not be bothered giving me a proper looking over herself, she said I am giving you two prices a top price and a bottom price in case the doctor has to remove some to be analysed for cancer, the other price was about half, I was a bit shell shocked and paid a deposit of 50% she did not take half of the lower price or even an average she took 50% of the top price and the only quote and receipt I was given was the credit card slip, which only showed my payment.
About 3 weeks previously I had discussed these with my doctor in Fuerteventura and he told me they were not cancerous.
She as the experienced one doing the assessment should have know if my lesions were cancerous or not, looking back in hindsight it seemed she was just out to fleece me.
Due to her attitude I forgot to tell her about the ones on the crown of my head. I am 78 years old and do not think as quickly as I used.
When I went next I explained some of this to Mr David Watt the doctor who did the procedure,
he said he would pass on my comments. I asked him if the practice had been taken over he said no. I received no apology.
I said he did not think anything was cancerous but said we should make sure and send them for analysing just in case, my opinion Lorraine had compromised his position, and he could not admit it.
Mr David Watts removed extra lesions I think to try and make amends, but I still came out with half a job and will have to go somewhere else to get the rest removed.
When I paid I was not given a proper invoice to say what had been done, when I paid the balance again I was just given the credit card slip. A few weeks later I phoned up and asked for a itemised invoice which was promptly emailed to me.
The results came back negative, no cancer.
I feel I had lesion's surgically removed and stitched up because of a rip off assessment.
The reason I am giving two stars is because Mr David Watt did extra work than was quoted but overall it was still very expensive, and not a incomplete job.
Needless to say I will not be going again.

Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry to hear you are unsatisfied, though glad to hear your surgeon went above and beyond what you had expected.
Our free consultations do require a £50 booking deposit, which is either refunded after the appointment or deducted from the cost of treatment if a patient goes on to book a procedure.
Our surgical treatments do require a 50% booking deposit, though of course if your total cost was lower than estimated you would only pay the remaining balance.
We are very open and clear about our prices and this is one of the reasons patients choose us. The total cost can vary significantly depending on the number and size of lesions to be removed and how they are to be removed (laser removal or surgical excision). We cannot carry out laser removal on any lesion that a surgeon thinks has a possibility of being cancerous. We will always advise on costs before treatment and try to give options where requested, as we did in your consultation.
On diagnosis, it's not possible for our nurses to rule in or out the possibility of skin cancer - this is something only an appropriately qualified doctor or surgeon can do. So in order to avoid any expected costs later, we will always advise if we think there may be a need to carry out histology on removed lesions. We never carry out histology without clinical reason.
We're sorry to hear you weren't given a full invoice at our reception desk this isn't something we do routinely but glad that this was provided promptly when you asked for one.

Botox effect
I had two completely differently shaped eyebrows which I thought looked silly. Petra has put in strategically placed Botox injections which have miraculously made both eyebrows the same shape. Well done Petra.

Received excellent advice from Petra who is an extremely professional practitioner who puts you immediately at ease and explains in detail what is possible but also asks what you personally want to achieve. It is extremely important for me to be able to trust that I am not going to come away with an unnatural look and I am completely happy that Petra is absolutely honest as to what she believes she can achieve and what she believes is right for you. I found the dermatology appointments…
I found the dermatology appointments quite pointless and a little confusing - They are very expensive for what you get (£175 for 15 minutes) and there’s absolutely no value in it - The dermatologist offered no insight or advice on better skincare or how to tackle flare ups / break outs.
I’m not sure if the dermatologist is focused on more serious skin conditions, (which would be fair enough) but this should be specified when booking the appointment, as it seems I really would have been better off speaking with a clinician for skin advice.
Overall, the main reason why I made an appointment was to get some skin care advice and a consultation on some laser surgery and I left with neither. I will say the staff are friendly and the building is nice and modern (hence the 2 stars), but I’m very disappointed to have spent £175 for seemingly no reason at all.

Very professional service
Had 2 small procedures in one day. The reception staff arranged it so they were next to each other. The clinicians were professional, knowledgeable and explained everything well.

After much research I decided to go…
After much research I decided to go with good skin days for laser hair removal. I have PCOS and due to this suffer with excessive hair growth, laser has honestly changed my life. I still require top ups often but I’m more than happy with the results and some parts of my body now have zero hair growth. Daiva Is absolutely amazing and makes you feel comfortable, she is extremely professional and is always my first choice practitioner. The other girls, harriet and Mary are also lovely. I would definitely recommend good skin days and laser hair removal for other PCOS sufferers. Alice on reception always welcomes with a smile and is welcoming and polite.

Excellent skin treatment by Harriet Hodson
Initially, I was skeptical about the effectiveness of the treatment. However, after seeing my post-treatment results, I can confidently say it is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it, especially for those with acne scars or hyperpigmentation. One of the standout staff members was Harriet Hodson, who provided excellent service—I would rate her 10/10.
