Tow truck rescheduled 2 times
Tow truck company rescheduled 2 times and could not accommodate the 1-3 PM window we selected. The best they could do was 12 noon, which was not a convenient time for us. The tow truck driver was very courteous, capable, and did a great job. Overall, the scheduling could have been better.

I received a response immediately from the Goodwill team regarding the entire process. I was assigned a tow company with 24-48 hours and I was contacted by the tow company with 24 hours. The vehicle was picked up within the scheduled window.

Representative could provide more insight
Overall experience was positive, but I wish the representative was more transparent and honest that Goodwill Car Donations is different than "Goodwill of Southern California" when I tried to initially provide the GWSC reference code and explained that I was following up on car donation set up with GWSC.

Goodwill car donation continue to provide excellent customer service/support. After identifying that I had concern about transparency, they reached out directly to clarify and look address any concerns that I might have.

Great Resource for Donations
First, the process was pretty much hassle free. I was not able to kerp my late Grandfather's car and did not have the title as it had passed upon his death to my Mom and she had, too, passed. It is a Lincoln Town car, a nice car and the thought of it being sold for "junk" eas bothersome. Goodwill was recommended to me as an option and I truly loved the idea that I could help someone else. So many people had helped me through this trying time now I could help someone else.
The gentleman who picked up the car was right on time , very nice, and within moments he had shared the process and safely towed the car away. Thank you, Goodwill for what you do@
