I’ve already recommended goodwill for car donations to friends and coworkers and family. The response time after I submitted the form online was amazing. It was I think 3 days from when I filled the form to when I was waving bye to my truck. My customer service rep was great and made sure to follow up with the towing company. The tow company was so kind (whitey’s out of Greer SC). Everyone involved made what was a stressful situation for me into one I felt good about. The extra touch of everyone I spoke to thanking me for my donation was great. It was a huge turnaround from the sad and stress I was feeling knowing my truck was no longer usable and didn’t have any resell value. I could not recommend goodwill car donations highly enough.

Good experience
Everything went very smoothly. Did wait for a couple of hours, but finally talked with the tow driver who was working late into the night.
(He needs a raise😊). He helped us to get everything worked out and picked up the car.
Everyone has been very friendly and helpful.

Communication was timely, with follow up to assure towing company had reached out. The person doing actual towing was excellent! Backed a huge trailer up a steep narrow driveway… mad skills! He was very polite and accommodating, a wonderful representative for the company!
