Great sustainable product excellent for the environment coupled with prompt delivery and support by the staff makes Goofytails awwsome

Amazing quality of food, my dog quickly finishes it and even the packaging is great. I have a weekly subscription for my dog from the past 1 year.

The capntip toys are of top notch quality.
It's a shame my cat doesn't explicitely react to catnip, but she did have fun with those toys.

We ordered winter jackets for both our dogs n they're of excellent quality! The delivery isn't as fast as Amazon or other such ecommerce sites but the wait was worth it.

I love how the toys have a crackle & little squeak so that when my pet plays with it , not at all a nuisance. Also he loved the breakfast combo - shake is his fav so far

Well it looks pretty in the litter box and controlled the Urine smell as well but it didn't do much for the poop. My room was full of poop smell even after hours. Neither it clumped/solidified the poop. I had to keep a room freshner because it wasn't controlling poop smell.

Our Boys Spot n Brownie have been much by the GoofyTails goodies. They have literally, tried, played and then destroyed everything from GoofyTails since they were kids. GoofyTails keeps suggesting and pampering them with new goodies and they are the Happiest Two.
The Goodies arrive well in time except a one off time where the package was delayed due to Holidays. The ordering experience is easy and the acknowledgment quick and delivery fast. Our Boys don’t have to wait long for their goodies.

Product quality & Personalisation were both very good. Logistics was a bit of an issue with delays & missed items but support team is responsive and they sorted it.

I ordered the gym toy series from Goofy Tails as birthday present and return gifts for my dog and her friends. The order i received had a different toy than what I ordered, however they were very quick and sweet to not only send the correct one but also let me have the wrong toy. The toys are of very good quality especially the dumbbell that my dog loves to play with. I just have 1 suggestion, the tiny Made In India tags could be ingested by some dogs, may be print it somewhere rather than a tag sticking out . Overall I love shopping with you guys, very innovative collection.

This product works good in certain aspects, but not too well with other aspects. I'll list them down as pros and cons.
Pros-
Safe and hassle free for the paws.
Flushable.
Easy to scoop.
Convenient.
Eco friendly

Cons-
No odour control.
Bad clumping.
Cat gets hyper while burying the litter because of the weak clumping.
Too much litter required for each use.
Expensive as compared to many competitors, especially brands that have almost the same USPs.

My cat is still getting used to the litter, and it's the first time that she's taking so long to get accustomed to something.

Overall I think the product is average, not bad.

Love the shopping experience. Good offers as well. Leo , my beagle loves the treats.
