Received damaged products took pictures and sent them in. They were replaced 2 days later. Love this kind of service!!!!

Received my candles pretty fast and they are packaged great. Nothing was broken but even if there was a broken candle Goose Creek is good about replacing candles. Candles smell amazing and when lit smell up my entire home. I have a cabinet full of them.

Delivery service is extraordinary. Keep packing product with care and use delivery service that has exceptional reviews to ensure candles/boxes arent dropped and mishandled. Ive only had 1 candle break out of dozens of orders. Customer sevice is done by email and it was alot of back and forth but I was able to get a replacement candle. I do wish there was a chat feature to expedite customer service.

The candles are great and smell divine! So many other candles have wonderful catchy names, and emit little to no fragrance once lit. The candles at Goose Creek will fragrance an entire room. Sometimes all I have to do is take the lid off the candle and the smell permeates the area. Not sure how they do it, but these are wonderful candles and they burn longer and just as important they burn evenly. So many other brand-name candles I've purchased in the past burn down at the wick only and waste half the wax. These burn all the way to the bottom evenly and they don't lose their scent. They also burn slowly, so one candle will last me weeks, and I burn candles almost every day. I typically purchase 10 to 15 candles at a time and I will continue buying these. Thank you, Goose Creek!
