I have been purchasing Goose Candles for over eight years. I have never been disappointed in any product purchase. I use their candles, plug ins, colognes and waxes.

Goose Candles are the best in creating great scents. I will continue to purchase. Always taking advantage of their sales.

I have been a loyal Goose Creek customer for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

I placed an order of approximately $200, but after realizing there was an address issue, I immediately contacted both UPS and Goose Creek while the package was still in transit. UPS informed me that only the shipper could request an address correction or hold for pickup. I relayed that information to Goose Creek and asked for their assistance.

Instead of helping, I was told my only options were to accept 50% store credit or wait to see if the package was returned.

The package was eventually returned to Goose Creek. As soon as I was notified, I immediately accepted their offer to have it reshipped to my corrected address. By that point, however, several of the candles I had already purchased had somehow become out of stock, meaning I could no longer receive the products I specifically ordered.

What frustrates me most is that Goose Creek has been unable to explain what happened to my returned merchandise. They could not tell me why the items I had already purchased weren’t preserved for my order after the package was returned, and they couldn’t provide any explanation for why those products became unavailable before my replacement was processed.

While the customer service representative was polite and ultimately offered a replacement or refund, the resolution came only after multiple emails and weeks of back-and-forth. A refund doesn’t replace limited or seasonal products that are no longer available because of how the order was handled.

This experience has left me questioning Goose Creek’s order fulfillment process and how returned merchandise is managed. As a long-time customer, I expected much better communication, transparency, and accountability.

Unfortunately, this has significantly damaged my confidence in ordering from Goose Creek again.

I love Goose Creek wax and candles, I moved so I don’t have room for a lot of candles but I have wax melters so that works.

I received a broken candle.
It was resolved very quickly. I was given options on how I wanted to proceed and even via email the responses were quick. Everything was resolved as requested. I have been using this company and recommending for 6 years. I have only had two issues in this time frame and both were the same, broken candle.

Your products is unbelievable good I like everything about what I have. Very Very happy about your products. Can improve on wax warmer make it a litter stronger fragrance that the only thing. But the products is worth spinning my money on it. I will try the plugs in next.
