The ease of ordering for loved ones who live elsewhere, also how long the scent lasts to the bottom of burning the candle.

Some great- some not.

I bought a ton of stuff from them... i had holiday candles for everyone and extras for unexpected visitors. I like the candles- most are very fragrant and long lasting.
The room sprays & hand soaps are great. Smells are wonderful!
I did not like the plug ins or (sadly) the wax melts. Both are not very strong. Id put 4+ wax melts in my burner, it would scent my foyer for a few hours then the scent was gone. Doesn't linger, doesn't last. I was disappointed by this. The plug ins I tried in bathroom & dining room- I couldn't smell them & the ones I could smell (island (coconut), teak) were so gross- they smelled like a cheap sun oil or just pungent... i am hoping there are others I might like but I bought about 12 and havent found 1 yet. Side note- I dont like febreze plug ins either so it could be me... I just hate fake strong fragrances.

Still no product

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. When I "track it" it states label has been created and still awaiting pick up from UPS. A lot of money was spent and I am not happy to have zero product with zero communication/update. I'm not sure what is going on because I've never had a problem with this company before, which is why I purchased from them again. Very disappointed
