The help I received from customer support Worked. It was relevant, timely, friendly, professional, and, after a bit of collaborative communication including screenshots related to my issue, it worked!

From site to Gooten automation was easy for me to setup. This allows my clients to get my images on Gooten products. Then the products are drop shipped to clients. If Gooten's products are as valuable the back side of e-commerce, then shouldn't be an issue on quality.

I just started my online store featuring POD (print-on-demand) items, and Gooten has been an absolute game-changer! Their selection of products is incredible — so many unique and high-quality options to choose from, which is perfect for building a diverse and attractive inventory.

The onboarding process was smooth, and I found their platform user-friendly, even as someone relatively new to the world of e-commerce. Uploading designs and syncing products to my store was seamless, saving me tons of time and stress.

Gooten was easy to use. Took me a bit to add to my Etsy Store but the shipping is way too expensive!!!! By the time I mark my items at a reasonable price point, shipping cost are calculated and there is no way someone will pay for my product. Gooten needs to add shipping cost to the product page.

Using Gooten is super easy and very beneficial to my print on demand business. There are so many good and quality options to choose from and I would definitely recommend Gooten's services to other shop owners.

It was great. I love that it’s on demand and that I can pay as soon as an order comes in instead of having to do a bulk. Love it.

I just started using Gooten as supplier for my POD. From in the beginning we agreed that I need a VAT invoice as I am from the USA with my VAT identification number. When I made sales, I requested this in several emails and they did not answer anymore. So the sales I made there was no profit for me. I don't like breaking agreements.I work with 5 others 4 USA and 1 China with VAT invoices. What is the problem? Not using this again.

Gooten is FABULOUS!
They are very knowledgeable in the design and printing space and willing to take the time to explain and help you if you have any issues in printing your first product. I have had no problems with them in the past year of working with this company. The products are well made and high quality. They are my favorite print-on-demand company and are the sweetest people to work with!

12 Days in production and still counting.

So I had my first order with Gooten and what a nightmare it is. I placed an order on 6th of July, first they held my order for manual review, numerous email and it went into production on 9th. The app showed a shipping estimate date between 10-13. Great work! Just 3 days. What I didn't know was what scumbags are there sitting at Gooten. Today I am on day 11, no idea of shipment and got a chargeback from my customer as well. Countless email to them, can't even keep a count. When I mailed, they are coming up with their servers are fried due to overheating and they lost all data, I mean what kind of a company you are. I got to know about the issue when I mailed, else there was nothing from them. I would have just waited for f.. 12 days. Customer support takes 3 days to reply to one ticket, when I update, another 3 days to reply to that ticket. SCAMM!!!!!!!!!!

Gooten's policies and processes were patiently explained while addressing my concerns and there was care taking in helping me understand the explanations and processes.

Beyond that, I really felt valued as a customer. The speed and ease of receiving customer support was great. The open line of communication with a dedicated customer support representative should be the gold standard for any industry.

It makes me confident that, even though I find the Gooten interface a little confusing, there is a team behind me when I need help.

In fact, I will be moving many of my Printify listings over to Gooten because of the support I received.

Thanks so much for investing in your customer support! I would choose solid customer support over interface ease of use any day.

Gooten spams you and misrepresents the e-mail to boot. There was an attachment. Not daring to open...Needless to say I have never had dealings with them. Here is the e-mail below with my actual info redacted to generic terms in the brackets:

Your customer service email has always been great. Although I think you still should have a phone number as an option to contact you. Also please carry table name place cards and paper tags!
