Great POD company. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues with ease.

I am pleased with the service but I gave you a four star because I have not had many orders yet once you sent a pin up girl drawing to a customer instead of my photo. The problem was the costumer who bought it, bought it bought my photo for her son who opened the package and saw a pin up girl instead of my photo. That was very embarrassing for me and could have affected my rating.

our shop had lost orders coming from gooten in holiday season. the shipping needs be better. my shop was suffering from unhappy customers who did not receive their orders. my reviews went down because of this matter.
overall is: the gooten support team is an amazing!

Getting started with Gooten was confusing at first but their customer service responded to me very quickly and walked me through getting set up and connecting my etsy store. They were very helpful. I do find the image uploading onto the products to be a bit confusing but I think it just takes practice.

Gooten has unique products. Price point is bit higher than others but the value is good. I wish they provide more mockup photos.
