I love Gooten. The quality of the merchandise is great. It is easy to create my designs. I was looking for the soda can glasses and was only able to these glasses was here on Gooten. Connecting to my Esty store was easy too.

I’m loving working with gooten for my print on demand company! They have products that other companies don’t. My favorite being the soda glass cups. My clients love them!

I love the blankets with fringes. But the mock-ups are so few that I couldn't publish on Etsy.

Gooten deserves to be known more than the current market leaders: their support is fast, and incredible, their price is very very competitive, leaving you a good margin of profit.
All my clients without exception are satisfied with the result.

I just placed my first order with gooten and so far I am pleased. The process to get my account set up with them was quick and easy. Mockups of the images look great as well. Can’t wait to use and upload more of their products!

Gooten is by far my most welcomed POD Service to date. The list of products along with manufacturing costs and shipping set the bar. The quality of our received samples was superb. Will always reccomend gooten over other providers we have used and integrated with. Thumbs up :)

This was my first order not only with Gooten but on my new Etsy site so I was concerned about a few things. but each time I reached out to ask questions responses were prompt and informative. And ultimately item was shipped out in compliance with Etsy policies.

I have been getting shirts printed for some time with pretty good results. The last order I placed, the design was smaller on some shirts than others. I tool pictures and got a reprint. The second order was wrong too! Then they wanted another picture that include all 5 shirts next to each other. I sent that. Then they wanted a new picture with all shirts so the size tags were showing. Now, that is impossible.
They obviously did not trust that I was telling them the truth. Putting me through a bunch of BS to prove printed them wrong! I am very disillusioned with this company now and will be finding someone else to print my shirts.

Had a test shirt designed and printed before deciding to more companies. Luckily we did the test run.

The logo was perfect centered as designed but the text underneath was crooked with about a half of inch of rise from left to right.

I then followed the Company’s policy by providing a picture and description of the issue asking for a reprint and giving Gooten the opportunity to correct the mistake. They failed horribly.

The lengthy email response was confusing and contradictory but ultimately claimed the text was not crooked. They then when on to say that the improper printing is “within industry standards” and issuing reprints that are within industry standards would drive up their costs.

UPDATE: After further communication I was able to convince Gooten of the error and they issued a reprint. Will provide further update after receiving the reprint.

I've been using Gooten for several years. Haven't had huge problems except for their confusing tool/interface for creating products. Except lately.

I have been selling holiday greeting cards for a while. These are the kinds of things you need to turn around fast without any delay, because the customers send them out to friends and family before the holidays. Suddenly, orders were failing and prompting me to re-upload images.

Sometimes that worked, sometimes that didn't work. I had no idea why. Tried to get the customer support reps to help me fix the root cause but they kept telling me how to upload images in a different tool. The error and status messages are mostly useless.

I scoured my products, making sure they looked ok. Made a manual order. Still, there were issues and I have no idea what they are. The only thing they will tell me is that image dimensions are wrong. Even though sometimes it goes through, sometimes it doesn't.

I'm really at my wits end now. I know customers are going to be angry at the delay and I can't get better help from the Gooten team. I will need to remove all cards from my store.

Edit: I created a duplicate order like they told me to, because the original order didn't go to production for three days on the last try. It's important to note that the "cancel" button was disabled on the original order the entire time. Well, the representative emailed to tell me that the original order went through (miraculously without my involvement). And also, to my horror, the duplicate order I created also went through. So now I am out of time AND money. But the customer gets double what they paid for.

I was a partner for several years and they went downhill, and fast. Had over 50 orders not fulfilled. It’s like they fired everyone and then rehired their employees back after an acquisition. They are making podcasts on how they care about customers but it’s all talk. Take your POD business and run, Gooten/Taylor can no longer be trusted.

Gooten has been a great POD vendor for my growing Etsy shop. Customer service is exceptional (shout out to Stefan for always providing a quick response and above and beyond support).

I've worked with Gooten for just over 2 years, since starting my shop, and had very few issues with the nearly thousand orders placed. Any issue, even the fault of the customer, has been quickly resolved. The quality has been excellent. Very few price or shipping increases compared to another POD vendor I use for things that Gooten does not carry. I've never received a negative review from one of Gooten's products.

I feel very confident in the quality of the products that Gooten offers and have a lot of repeat customer orders because of it.

I just started an apparel business and order two shirts the same design and color, this was my first order and one was great and the order wasn't. Where there was suppose to be white on the shirt for the design there was gray, at the best faded white.

I'm very pleased with the speed of gooten prints as well as support. So far everything was solved within hours.

Sandra has been amazing and responsive. I've loved my experience with Gooten, and my customers are also happy!

I haven't given Gooten enough of my business. That is about to change. Not only do they make sure the quality of your product is top notch, but when asking a question about the production time or any other question, you are given a clear and quick response from the customer service representatives.

Support is on top of everything. Very good experience with products, fulfillment, and support. 10/10
