I was very excited about this shoes; from its design to the story behind it. Waiting for development was long.

The day that I'd finally received my boots, it looked great from the colors and beautiful leather. Finally it was time to put it on. You can't imagine the disappointment. It's the worst ill fitting shoes that I have ever purchased. I can feel every uncomfortable areas, from the edges of the insoles, to the cramping of my toes, and it had this weird fit like everything is pushing my foot lateral or outward. I am not happy. Now I have to figure out how to return it.

I'm so pleased with my Mellor II shoes. They are hugely comfortable straight out of the box, beautifully made and stylish. They arrived in mere days which was a very pleasant surprise. Not cheap, but really excellent and great they can be resoled.

Perfect fit and of the utmost top quality. I will be purchasing more footwear from Goral Shoes!

Great to support this British shoe maker - took a wee while for shoes to arrive, but they did manage expectations with an e mail, and it was Black Friday, and they are made to order, so full forgiveness there. Great quality shoes, very happy. Quite close fitting initially but confident they will wear in to the perfect size and comfort over time.

Good communication and updates throughout the build process. Some delays but my shoes arrived before Christmas. Excellent materials and robust construction. Good sizing with 1/2 size up from sneaker size to account for wool lining.

No issues with any of the experience, but I did end up with what I feared from the blind box experience- a pair of shoes I would never wear due to how eye-searingly red they are. Might be worth allowing for some level of request on the blind box- such as specific things to avoid- leave the random for the most part, but allow for not sending obnoxious colors if they would not be welcome…

Luckily for all, my wife wears the same shoe size and very much likes them, so yay!

I have purchased 6 pairs of shoes from GORAL over the last year. Came across the brand in a web search that led to a YouTube video and review. I bought a pair and found them to be an excellent minimalist design. Construction and craftsmanship are excellent. The details of their construction were reviewed and are top notch. Fit and feel are good to start with and only improve over time. Mine are excellent. They are wearing very well in terms of durability also. On top of that, they look good. Overall, an excellent shoe that's worth the price AND I highly recommend.

Great shoes! Took some time to get them, but this expectation was clearly set up front. When they arrived, the packaging was high quality, had a smell of freshly made shoes, and the shoes looked great. The first wear was impressive, a snug fit with a high level of comfort, I get the feeling these shoes will form to my foot over time but without the discomfort of breaking them in. I’m very happy with them so far and look forward to wearing them. Thank you for making a high quality shoe.
