I purchased a very expensive fabric online from this company as it was at a good price. It was a very easy transaction and the company kept me well informed about delivery. Fabric was wrapped on a roll (so no creases) and very well packaged. It arrived very quickly.

Brilliant service so easy to order and quick to arrive. And wide range if fabrics. We bought material from local shop and found out we did not have enough for what we wanted to do, shop could not top up our order. I was really glad to get such good service at the shop to help me decide what fabric I wanted. Most shops aren't interested. Made my choice & the price was better than my local stockist & so I went back to Gordon Smith for that reason too.

Very professional service, listened to the customer and was accommodating, good quality material, fairly priced, beautifully presented I mean the material was stunningly wrapped.When I need material again I wouldn't consider looking elsewhere.

Ordered a Morris & Co bedding set (duvet cover and 2 oxford pillowcases) in 'Wandle' design. I specifically wanted this particular design, but nowhere else had any pillowcases in stock. Item very reasonably priced, delivered in good timescale and arrived in perfect condition.
