Good prices but bad service
Order placed #000592484 for next day delivery. Not even dispatched so did not arrive. Customer service slow and difficult to reach but did get in touch eventually .I cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere. Refund issued.

Never received order
Never received order was contacted twice saying they didnt have stock of items would i accept replacement to which I agreed was told sorry for the wait and my order would be sent express delivery with tracking didnt receive tracking number after 4 days had to contact them again then was contacted after 12 days of waiting saying my order was cancelled because they didnt have the replacement they offered

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing, unfortunately there was an issue where one of the products had leaked during transit, I ended up having to send everything back, I made contact through their email and received a response within a few hours, got the ball rolling for my return/exchange, they offer an exchange process which i think is great but due to going on holiday i wouldn't be home to recieve the replacement items so they refunded the items, no hassle at all. When I land back in 2 weeks I'll be ordering again.

Sent me the wrong item and rubbish customer service
I selected a ‘pump style’ facial wash product which was not particularly cheap (£35 for 150ml). I was sent an older/discontinued version of the product with was a squeezy tube. Essentially, I was sent old stock!
I’ve been asked by the company to send the item back (at my own inconvenience/time and my own cost to repackage) or accept a small/measly £5 refund.
Really bad customer service!
Many other companies would have just refunded the item fully or sent the correct item to correct their error. Disappointing and not impressed with how this was dealt with.
